Planning to enjoy some Magic Hat Circus Boy tonight

I tried gin for the first time about a year ago and to my surprise, really enjoyed it. For some reason, I haven't had it since, but you made me want some now!

I had a glass of red a little earlier, and now I'm having some red raspberry tea. I will be drinking all the wine at dinner at my IL's tonight though!

We're going to a karaoke bar tonight. Dh and I will not be singing, no no way lol. I'd have to be so plastered that I don't remember it, and I can't drink that much because I don't have a gallbladder. Lots of drinks and no gallbladder to help digest that = one very sick me the next day! 

So I'll probably have a few whiskey sours and stay sober enough to laugh at everyone else.

I have a drinking dilemma. Im stranded at home without a car today. There is beer in my fridge, but I really don't like it. Also it's H's beer so I can't just start pounding it to get through the taste. I was also considering hard liquor; but if I break out the booze at 5 pm, I'll be passed out before 8pm.
What's a girl to do?

I didn't even know this was a thing until this summer when I was introduced to beer (usually a light beer, like a corona) mixed with something fruity like lemonade or fruit juice? As I'm writing this out I think it sounds kinda trashy but it did actually taste good.

Like a Shandy? No, not for these beers. One beer is a stout - Snake River Zonker and the other is Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter. It would not work out well.
I'm listing the names because I know some people might recognize them and confirm it's a bad idea. Just in case I start to feel adventurous.

I got way too drunk last night, so I'm sticking to water tonight. At least for now.

I'm home alone, it's only 2:30p here. Blake went to play Twilight Imperium, so he'll be gone all day/night. I'll be surprised if he's home before 3a. So the whole drinking water and not vodka thing might not last another 12 hours. We'll see.

Yes! A Shandy. I had forgotten the name.  Definitely wouldn't work with a stout. I don't know the other one but you should report back if you get adventurous.
