Too Early To Plan Easter Baskets?

Tomorrow is the first day of March, Easter isnt too far away!
Does anyone have any good ideas to put in DS's Easter basket?
All of our LO's are the same age- so let's share ideas!

^Yup. DD isn't getting anything. Even DS didn't get much last year (he was almost 2 - had no idea what Easter was). His basket had some socks, Playdough and maybe a chocolate egg or two?

Seconds on boobs. DH and I will get a bag of mini eggs to share and that's it!

DH and I had this discussion earlier. I think a "my 1st Easter onesie" is a good gift or a dress/cute outfit for pictures. They don't really need anything/remember it at this point.

I thought about doing a cute outfit as well. And maybe some board books, either spring themed or Dr. Seuss since they're all on sale.

Looking for a place to find a cute Easter basket though. Didn't care for the ones I saw at Meijer.

We'll do a small Easter basket since we "do" the whole Easter Bunny thing in our house, and we have a 4 year old who will ask why EB didn't bring anything for baby sister. I'll probably just put in a few small things: a cloth book, socks, a rattle toy of some kind? It won't be much because the 2.5 month old baby won't care.

Not sure if we will do them this year, but Target has the Dr. Seuss board books on sale for $3.50. I picked up another for DS1 today.

I already got him his easter outfit. I was so excited! Little slacks and a dress shirt(it's a onesie)! We will do a little something for him to when he's older we can say, "this is what the easter bunny brought for your first easter". We will take pictures!

My MIL bought her a little outfit for Easter. We will probably get her a book or two. We'll take a bunch of pictures. We're not planning on a lot.

Since we also do the Easter Bunny, Jude gets a basket, because Bethany will wonder why he was left out. We don't do much candy for anyone. Bethany gets outside toys (chalk, badminton, jumpropes, etc..) a small stuffed animal, stuff like that. Jude will probably get a little stuffed animal, maybe little teether toy, bibs or something.

I also hide eggs for the girl. I usually fill them with change. She's 8 and I can still get her excited with nickels and pennies.

I like the Easter outfit and rattles for infants, and stuffed bunny, little toys and a few pieces of candy for older children.

Exactly this. Our almost 3 year old will freak out if the Easter bunny doesn't bring anything for "baby sisser" otherwise I probably wouldn't do one for her.

Will just get a cute outfit pr headband for DD#1 and LO. For the baskets DD#1 gets kinderbueno eggs and choco eggs and playdoh. LO will probably just get a soft toy and rattle

Us too, the 8, 5, 3, and 2 yr olds will question why there was nothing for baby k especially since just last night the 8 yr old was questioning us as to why santa didn't bring baby k anything even though she hadn't been born yet

That's funny about Santa. My daughter was talking about it for month before Christmas that he needed to bring her baby presents. She even mentioned it to Santa when we went for pictures. I ended up wrapping a little jacket and a Cabbage Patch Doll for the baby.

I haven't even thought about it but luckily the in laws care about easter so they do it. The only thing I've had to do in the past was but peanut free candy when my niece was included in the egg hunt.
For ds 1, I made him bunny ears and a diaper cover for his first Easter but he was almost 1 and I made it too big, so it won't fit d 2 yet. Maybe I'll crochet something if I ever start to feel better.
