Only one side is it a issue. But when baby girl latched on tonight it hurt so badly. And when I checked my Breasts later I noticed how swollen the Montgomery Glands were. Any ideas what may be going on, or if I can do anything from home for now? I'm not going to be able to get to the Dr for a day or so because of my work schedule.
Background, my baby is almost 17 months and nurses about 3 or 4 times a day. I had multiple rounds of mastitis in the first year. This is not presenting the same as that ever did. I've never noticed a difference in the Montgomery Glands before.
