Rory was born at 1129am 3/1/15 at 8lb 6oz After 34 hrs labor
He's in the nicu for the hospital stay (not anything crazy)
Woo hoo!
Update- they had found some low levels in fluids while testing in nicu so he has to stay a day longer than me. Since he's getting ivs breast feeding has been super sucky (he was always "full" but not, and started a day behind schedule) and sleeping has been really bad (if we r lucky an hour every 3 hrs). With the extra day I'll camp out in a chair for the next 24 hrs... So same stuff then. That's why I haven't posted, hope to catch up when he's eating well and I'm up bf-ing at home :-P

He should just be in there as long as we are in the hospital - typically 2 days. The only difference is that he's not in the room with us. At least I finally got a little sleep
Oh my gosh!! Congratulations 2mrsks (mrs&mrsk)!!! So excited for you all, and I love the name Rory Enjoy you're little bundle & can't wait to hear more!
****loss and living child discussed***** We're queer. I'm 34, have severe stage 4 endo, and both fallopian tubes are gone. My love ("Manada" 33) was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. We did Partner IVF (my eggs, her uterus). We lost our twins Tav.in and Ca.sey at 21 weeks gestation.

We're a queer family with some bad fertility issues. I'm 32, have dimished ovarian reserve, and my partner-love ("healz413") has severe endo. We did Partner IVF (her eggs, my uterus) for our first babies. Our beautiful twin daughters, Tavin & Casey, were born in June '14 too premature at 21 weeks to survive - We miss them.
Our double-rainbow baby "E" - otherwise known as "Rocky 3" was born in August of 2015. She's wonderfu.

You did great! What a beautiful baby
Sorry if my post in the check-in thread came off the wrong way-- I told you to enjoy your newborn snuggles, because I didn't see that your LO was in the NICU. I'm glad it will only be for a couple of days. Hope everyone goes home happy and healthy and soon
