Went to Denny's for hangover food yesterday morning. Waitress sits us next to the bathroom. This old lady coming into the bathroom stops and interacts with baby and tells us about how her grandson accidentally pushed his sister down knocking out two of her teeth ..... Great meal time convo. She comes out and starts petting the baby's arm. GTFO my child I don't know if you washed your hands
Also I held the door my hysband and the baby whoy were behind me a group of adults came in the door after him and proceed to jump in line before us. In the words of Michelle Taner how rude!!!!!
Also the waitresses teeth were rotted. I feel so judgey but if you work in food service rotted teeth is gross
My back hurts and is making me ragey, curse you back pain! I was going to be productive during LO's nap but have no motivation so I'm angry at myself for getting nothing done.
MH bangs into everything and coughs ten billion times louder as soon as DD goes down for her nap. He gets irritated when I keep shushing him. SHUT THE FUCK UP THEN, H!!!!!
bullybutt that is the worst! I hate when that happens to me. It usually means I end up going out for lunch or eating out of the vending machine.
My MBF: none of my clothes look good on me, NONE of them. Some are too big, most are too small and the select few that fit are old and worn out. I look like a ragamuffin at work. I need to shop for a whole new wardrobe, but I am still losing weight and don't want to buy things only to have them not fit in a few months. Also, we don't have lots of extra money lying around for me to go on a shopping spree. Ugh.

H is good about this, but my dad is the loudest person on earth!
Last time my parents were visiting, LO went to bed, and I swear my dad chose that moment to start banging things around. The worst part is that he THINKS he's being quiet!

My brother and SIL watched DD this weekend when I was at the wedding. She dropped all the puffs on the floor and thought Ritz crackers were an acceptable substitute for my organic and clean fed baby. Also she fed her 2 bananas (1 that I gave her and 1 that wasn't really super ripe bc she liked the first one so much) and she let the baby sleep in her bed all night and we have NEVER done that.
I did leave a very clear schedule with instructions but when I got there my brother was like "you might as well left us with no rules as all bc I think we broke all of them". They have a 4 and 5 year old so I'm sure it was a lot with all three kids.
Regardless, looks like we have a crazy rash as a result (salt? Butter?)
But I got a right away so I guess I can't complain too much...
So at my work we have a MedSpa. It irritates the crap out of me that the esthetician charges me full price, however she asks me to treat her daughter for free. I've stopped giving in to her, and i've stopped getting facials to avoid her.

F that noise! That's definitely taking advantage of you. It's one thing to trade services for services but not one way.

Exactly! Shes super bitchy anyway, but she is the daughter of our office manager, so we are stuck with her.

The food would irritate me but the sleeping in bed (meh). Maybe your SIL was having baby nostalgia and just wanted to snuggle a tiny body one last time. I'm a bedsharer so I can't get upset over this but I can see your concern since she has NEVER co-slept.
Also, we need some bedhead pics of that baby girl. I bet they are glorious!
@iheartmyshiba, I hated group work in grad school just for that reason. I was always real honest in the evaluation in the end and I know for a fact that one girl failed a class because everyone in the group gave her poor remarks.
DD started saying Da sounds. My husband is excited but I'm a bit piffed. I am the one who sits with her daily and practices Mama and she no where close to making an MMMM sound. DH has never practiced with DD. She is going to say his name first I know it.
I went shopping yesterday to buy some work clothes that actually fit me rather than make me look like a sausage with a rubber band around the middle. It was an effort to try and feel attractive, but now I'm so depressed over the size I had to buy that all of the good new clothes feelings don't count. I am so sick of this extra weight...and I can already tell that losing it is going to be really fucking hard. I'm not used to having to work for it, so...yeah. I hate it. Bitching over.
The hubs gets paid monthly, on the 30th. Because the 28th was Saturday and rather than doing payroll a day early, they waited until today so it won't post until TOMORROW. Mortgage and daycare are both due on the first so I had to pay them out of savings and will have to then transfer back the funds whenever his paycheck hits tomorrow. We've got the funds to cover it from savings, but it's a pain in the ass to have to do it that way.

That is annoying. I am thankful my boss pays on Friday if our payday falls on the weekend. He also pays us on Friday if payday falls on a Monday which is nice.
Our DC does not provide lunch, just snacks. They work with a company that will provide lunch for a fee if we want to do that instead of packing lunch daily. The first DC our son was at provided lunch in the tuition, but we chose to pay the extra at the new place because I'm realistic with myself and know that packing lunch for my kid daily right now just isn't going to happen. Just got an email that they are changing catering companies and the new place charges up to $2.00 more/meal. That's freaking ridiculous. It's over half what it would cost me to eat out for lunch now for a KID'S MEAL, so now I have to figure out if we're going to suck it up and pay or start packing his lunch every day (and DD's after her first birthday).

Babies learn to talk from the their throats forward. That's why ga sounds comes early. Da is at your teeth while ma sounds are at your lips. ( go ahead and try it So no worries Momma she doesn't like him better it's just easier to say right now.

Dear DH, you're sick of commuting to work... you'd like to get the house on the market this summer. Then news flash we need to finish our indoor projects before spring comes so we can do our outdoor projects. Selling a house isn't as easy as sticking a sign in our yard if you want to sell it in a reasonable amount of time and want to get top dollar....ugh

Yea I'm trying not to be too pissed because rash aside I'm grateful for them taking her overnight. I'm sure she just wasn't thinking about it and figured it was something she wouldn't choke on. Hopefully it will clear up fast and not be too much of a problem...grrr

You should set your TV to only be on DIY and HGTV.
Haha the brothers are on in the background now it's my channel of choice even if we aren't moving!
