Hi ladies! Welcome to the weekly Healthy Lifestyles check-in! The purpose of the check-in is to help us achieve a healthier lifestyle in general. Everyone is free to join so if you want to be added please respond below and make sure to let us know what your goals are!

This weeks challenge: I've been dying to add yoga into my life for awhile now...let's try starting small this week! Add 3 - 15 minute sessions (or more if you choose!) to your week. Lots of workouts to choose from on the internet. Don't forget to report back on last weeks dairy challenge!

TJ1979 - how is the move going chickie?
chiwifey - were you able to start the prenatal yoga? I hear ya on worrying about the toll pregnancy takes on your body...but I would be very conscious of it if I were pregnant with twins!
leahb12 - thanks for sharing your smoothie recipe - I def have to try it. Were you able to eat a little better this week?
luvboston - did you make it to yoga on Sunday? Not sure if it happened since you are having LO TOMORROW!!!
karabear4409 - wow, 2 lbs last week? Stinky reason to lose weight (being sick) but shoot I'd take it. After the fact of course...no one likes being sick while they are still sick.
imoverit - did you start the 21 day fix? How's it going? I've heard great things about it but I am scared to commit...
richzep - I really hope your nausea has let up this week. I know you've been having a tough time with it.
dp21 - GAH! Darn (and thank) YH for buying those ice cream bars. Hahaha!
Robeano - were you able to cut back on the sweets like planned? How has breastfeeding been going btw?
