I've got 7 weeks of mat leave left and can't help but think I'm wasting precious free time.
Here are some things I do while LO is sleeping: - household chores - take sleeping baby and dog (not sleeping) for a walk - watch Netflix - waste enormous amounts of time on social media - video workouts - drink

LO's naps are short and far between but I try to eat, shower, do laundry and dishes. If she has a real nap I do additional chores or cook dinner. We left our moby at my parents so I can't wear her anymore while cleaning. Hopefully I'll have it back in 3-4 weeks!
We are basically the same except that im not going back to work and i have a toddler. So after chores, me an the toddler play, color and write and 'basic teaching', do some crafts, i also make some make ahead meals and do some deep cleaning. As of now i dnt wanna overdo it yet. And although is love to nap when the infant naps, my active toddler who dropped her naps already makes it impossible except if i put her on front of disney jr tv - but even that isn't a guarantee.
No naps for us unless I hold him so my list is I get to eat and shower. Movies while he naps in my arms. We can however run errands because he likes car rides and usually falls asleep at some point. We've gone on a few walks but he's awake for those

The dictator only sleeps for long stretches in my arms so in the short naps he will take elsewhere, I'm usually eating or pumping. I'll try to get some housework done too.
I shower, go for a walk, go grocery shopping (very short trip), laundry, dishes, watch tv/movies. I'm really bad about cleaning; I don't remember the last time I really did any deep cleaning. I'm thinking of hiring someone to do that for me. It will be easier for me to maintain once it's done.

I'm so jealous of everything you ladies can get done. We're still in the hold me phase. So I get to eat and watch a lot of netflix. That's about it. I can very rarely leave him for about 20 mins in his swing but then he's pissed and takes forever to calm him back down.
Sleep too, shower, do laundry, straighten up, knit, read, veg out online guilt-free. I think of nap time as Mommy Recharge Time so I do whatever makes me happy.

Her naps have shortened significantly. She is usually fussing by the time I get out of the shower, which is maybe 10 minutes long, if I'm lucky. I've also learned to do a lot of things one handed, so I can hold her and still get stuff done.

I'm always more dependant on DS's nap/quiet time, if/when it happens. Yesterday the naps alined, so I took a nap too. Today I'm back and forth getting minor chores done (laundry, vacuum carpets, dishes) and reinforcing the QUIET in quiet time.
Mine naps best when I am baby wearing. I usually do a multi tasking combo of baby wearing, toddler wrangling, and household chores. I feel like my least busy time of day is the 60 min I take for gym/shower. Exercise is a break!
