I had to run to Target one day because I forgot my pump at home. The only manual they had was Lansinoh - and I loved it. We used the same bottles it came with, so that was a plus too. Super easy to use - but a little hard to clean. I had to make sure it was 110% dry or it would get gross.
I love my medela harmony, but the comments here make me want to buy the avent. I would love to stop using the PISA, since I hate being attached to a machine.
I also love my Medela Harmony. If you currently have an electric pump, it might be easiest to get a manual of the same brand to be able to utilize the same parts. I already had a ton of spare parts and attachments for my Tommee Tippee bottles and Kiinde set.
I use the Medela one too. I have a PISA double electric, so I just figured it would be easier if all the parts were the same.
This is me as well. I find it easier because all of the parts are interchangeable. I have no complaints about the Harmony but I also haven't tried others either.

Funny you should post this. My crappy Ameda Purely Yours died yesterday and I ran to target and bought the Medela Harmony, thinking I'd just buy myself time before I figured out what to get. I actually love it. I don't think I'll be buying another electric one. I am getting just as much milk, i love that it's so much easier to just pump on one side or the other and to switch back and forth, there's less parts to clean as opposed to a double electric, and I don't have to carry a pump with a motor around. It seriously is awesome! I wish I had discovered it before.

Another vote for the medela harmony. It works really well. That and I got free Medela parts when they recommended I pump in the hospital so I've already got spare parts for it.
