Hi ladies, I didn't see a new one for this week yet so here it is. FX for healthy babies and strong heartbeats.
I am excited bc I can finally post in one of these! My first ultrasound is this Wed at just over 12 weeks. After not hearing a heartbeat on dopple about 1.5 weeks ago im both nervous and excited at the same time. Who else is having an ultrasound, Doppler etc this week?
I have my first appointment with my OB tomorrow. Not certain what to expect, blood and paperwork most likely. Hopefully they'll at least try to use the doppler. I also expect they'll discuss any genetic testing since they will have to do some soon (I'll be 11w6d tomorrow.)
I have my NT ultrasound tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. I'll be 11w6d. We did see baby 5 weeks ago and things were measuring right on track with a heartbeat of 118 bpm. The doctor briefly tried to find the heartbeat with doppler at 10 weeks, but no luck. I am so so so nervous... Just trying to keep myself busy today.
Good luck to everyone else with appointments this week! I hope we can all report back that our babies are looking strong and healthy!
Mine is Tuesday morning. The NT scan. I still haven't hear the heartbeat so I'm scared but optimistic! I have a Doppler at home but have been unable to find a heartbeat

I heard the heartbeats can be really hard to find this early. Hang in there.

Appointment tomorrow morning. We just told both our families today, and I'm feeling like I'm "allowed" to get excited. Still nervous, still paranoid...hoping for good stuff tomorrow. Good luck to everyone this week!

My friend had one and she tried using it on me at 16 and 20 weeks. - she gave me a heart attack with that thing because she couldn't find it either time. Hang in there!!

I have my NT scan on Tuesday morning, and a checkup with the midwife later that afternoon. I think she was going to try doppler this time, since my last appt was at 8 weeks and still too early.
I did get a home doppler, and the first time took me two hours to find the baby's heartbeat. It took a lot of patience and a lot of youtube videos to help distinguish the difference between my body's own sounds and the baby's (since we haven't heard the heartbeat at the doctor's yet and this is my first pregnancy). Since then, it still takes a while to find the heartbeat but not quite as long - if I'm not in the exact perfect spot tilting the wand at just the right angle it doesn't pick it up.
Had my first ultra sound today and it was not trans vaginal. So happy! Lil nugget is measuring smaller than I thought so my new EDD is 8/25 and I turn 9wks tomorrow (we thought I was 9 wks4 days). HB was 164 - all is good. These doctor appointments are starting to stack up now so I might be telling work sooner than I planned.
We just got out of our NT ultrasound. This is where we discovered mmc back in August so I was kind of a mess. I'm VERY happy to report that we have a very active little baby in there! Heartbeat was around 155 bpm. Took a while to get all the pictures, and I felt like my bladder was going to explode... But so worth it.
Just waiting at the lab now to get the blood work portion done.

First appointment is Thursday morning, with first U/S. I'll be 9 weeks exactly and have been counting down the days of course. It seems like it's been so long but now that it's almost here and then the NT scan will be shortly thereafter...wow, time does fly (sometimes .
My first appointment is Wednesday evening. She will do a confirmation of pregnancy ultrasound during the appointment. I am extremely nervous. I'll be 9 weeks on Thursday, so hopefully we will see something.

Got an unexpected ultrasound after LO decided to hide from the dopplar. They snuck me in for a quick check to make sure-got a glance at our shrimp. Huge head on a human body shape. Everything looked great with heart rate of 176! Good luck to everyone else this week!
I have a u/s today at 3pm EST to confirm I'm carrying 1 baby. I am 8w3d today. At my 7w u/s the RE saw one baby with a hb of 138bpm and then she thinks she saw a second yolk sac but no hb. We only transfered 1 embryo so if it split they're identical. We only wanted 1 baby since we already have an 11 month old. I am having such mixed feelings about this right now. I'm trying to remember that what is meant to be, will be.

Finally get to post in here. My first appt is Wednesday afternoon, hurry up time. I have to make sure not to freak myself out when the u/s doesn't show me to be as far along add they are expecting due to late ovulation.
My appointment went well. Had my guest abdominal ultrasound. I'm 11w6d and measured 12w1d. Heartbeat was 159. I was nervous since it wad my first appointment at the OB, but I still like the staff. They generally have the midwives deliver unless intervention is needed. I'll technically be high risk since I'll be 35 when I deliver, but was told they really don't see me as high risk and nothing will really change. Got my NT scan at up for February 2nd.

I have been able to find a heart beat, but it is HARD. Like I can only hear it with the speaker held up to my ear and even the it is faint. And the window of space where I can find it is TINY. Try to stay optimistic!
Had my first appointment today with u/s. So excited to see a healthy bean with a great heartbeat right where it should be with my dates! It's so hard to get too excited before this point do to so many losses; either baby is behind or with no heartbeat so I am very optimistic.

It is really hard to find. My doc was able to find it 1.5 wks ago so I got my doppler tonight and I tried for over an hour before I was able to find it. I was getting panicky.

When you're looking for a heartbeat, try to have a full bladder. That always helps me a lot.

I have my NT scan and Harmony genetics testing on Wednesday 1/21. I am excited and scared at the same time. I hope the results come back low risk. I would feel so much better after I get those results. I am still a little crampy and spotting every now and then so I just want to know that all is well. PgAL is stressful!
Update: There's only 1 baby in there! The sac that she thought she saw last week is gone. I didn't realize how much this was weighing on me till after the appt. Hb was 170bpm. I am released to my MW.

Just got back from my NT scan - squish is still healthy in there! Apparently it was facing a bad direction for a picture of the neck, so we had to do a bunch of things to try and get squish to turn around. Took a while but it eventually cooperated! It was amazing seeing it fidget around and put its hands on its face.
Just got back from my NT scan! I think everything looked good. HB 163 and an measuring 12 week, 5 days. It felt so great, and stress releasing, to see the baby!
I hate the pictures we get from my doctors office, they are not shiny and black like most pics but this will have to do. If you look closely you can see little nubs that will be arms and legs and you can see eyes and nose. I think this is so cool. Always have been fascinated by this.
