Interesting new POA treatment

Someone on my Facebook group posted this.  I thought it was interesting.

TL;DR - There is a new treatment (very much in the study phase) that takes mitochondria from other cells and puts them in egg cells.  There have been 8 pregnancies so far from this procedure.

I will be very curious to hear about the resulting births.... I'm no scientist, but it sounds great and scary at the same time!

Interesting article. I love that the fertility technology is advancing. This could be huge for DOR or endo ladies that have very few or damaged eggs

Wow - nice to hear advances. I hope this becomes an option in the US too.
