Shoyu chicken with rice. FYI shoyu is the Japanese word for soy sauce. Depending on the recipe it is a stove top, baked, or grilled.

Probably one night will be take out.

Monday: meatloaf, sautéed cruciferous veg mix from trader joes and sweet potatoes

Tuesday: salads

Wednesday: left overs

Thursday: BLTs and roasted beets

Friday: fish fry with my dad

Saturday: maybe trying cauliflower crust pizza?
