1. Make a meal plan and stick to it, drink lots of water and no food after 7pm. 2. I did pretty good with exercise. Eating was so so. 3. I just feel like my mood has improved so much. My attitude toward exercise is positive and that's helping a lot. 4. I couldn't run much last week because my knees felt so achy after working Tuesday. I did get to walk a lot with the kids. Today I have an eye twitch that is driving me crazy but at least I can still get in some exercise! 5. Nothing right now.
1. What is your plan or goal for the week? Get back to where I was before Sunday evening (we had a supper out for V's end of the year bball party) 2. How did you do last week? I was doing awesome. Down 4lbs, but Sunday screwed me up. 3. What Feels good? Loving seeing results and the weather is helping to get me up and moving at night. 4. What's not so good? I was sore a few days after my workouts 5. Any questions or advice for the group? I just really don't want to give up my 1 diet soda a day. Water sucks. Not really a question I guess, more of a vent.
