Holy sleep deprivation, Batman!

Good golly I'm tired today. My little guy decided to fight going to sleep for hours last night. He sleeps in a swing, which was working pretty well until last night. He wakes up to nurse every 2-3 hours (usually closer to 2) during the night, which isn't awesome for me but I've been dealing...mostly.
He's a crappy napper during the day unless I'm holding or wearing him, so I can't really nap when he naps. I have a cup of coffee every few days but don't want to rely on that for energy every day. Now that the weather is getting nice we'll get out and walk the dog most mornings.
Aaaand now I'm just venting. I guess I'm not really looking for advice, just curious how you all are dealing with the lack of sleep? It's catching up with me for sure!
ETA: LO is 4.5 weeks.

If you have someone to help you at night, maybe try to pump some milk for a bottle to have someone else take over a night feeding? Hugs to you, it really is so hard!
