Gooooood morning!

I actually slept pretty well last night, surprisingly! And I pooped this morning -- although I guess I am a lucky one and I haven't really had any issues with that this pregnancy. I've always been an over-pooper, so if anything, pregnancy has made me normal. TMI?!?

I have a meeting at 9am with my boss' boss, the CFO of the company, to discuss my maternity leave -- how long I'm taking, how things will go when I'm gone and I'm nervous. I know I'm entitled to my time, but I just feel guilty making more work for everyone while I'm gone. I need to get the fuck over it. So yeah, I'll feel better once it's over.

I also got diagnosed with GD on Monday, so that kind of made this week go to shit real quick. I miss cookies.

woke up at 330 to find myself snuggling with DH's clean laundry, and no H in the room. Turns out, I was sprawled across the bed like that when he was ready for bed (he took a picture even!) so he slept on the couch. Sorry not sorry.

Anyway, his alarm went off at 4am, but he turned it off w/o getting up so I stayed up until 430ish when I woke him up.

Had to pee and some heartburn then too, gross.

Lower back seems to hate me today, but I think that's more related to moving heavy boxes yesterday than pregnancy.

I too got some good sleep last night, so life doesn't suck. I'm sure as the day goes on more crap will develop, but for now things are good.

I'm about to go to sleep and DH is complaining about all the pillows yet I still can't get completely comfy.
@littlechivette pre PG only the nasal sprays fixed my allergies and are you sure Zyrtec is PG approved? I was told no but we could have differ ones here.

Add me to the got a decent nights sleep lastnight. I'm not as sore as I was yesterday, so that's good. I haven't pooped since Wednesday, so I'm hoping that happens at some point today. My belly button has been popped out for a few weeks now, and I've finally come to terms with it. LO is like a ninja, I think. I feel movements in my ribs and in my pelvis at the same time. I have NO idea what position s/he is in.

Hubby and I took the pup for a walk yesterday evening, and probably about 3/4 of the way through my stomach started to hurt. Holy heck is it a lot extra weight that im not used to having!!! I got home and pretty much passed out. I was able to stay awake to see Grey's Anatomy but then promptly passed out at 9:30 last night!

I am still in bed. Thinking about getting my lazy ass up to do a workout. But snuggling with my pillow and feeling baby kick sounds so much better.

Anytime he touches me I am like OMG GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME THIS IS SO UNCOMFORTABLE.
All parts of my body feel funny when touched now and of course I don't feel attractive. He doesn't seem to understand either aspect of my dilemma. I miss my intimacy!


I had to get my Rhogam (spelling?) shot yesteday, because I have negative type blood. THANK GOODNESS this nurse knew what she was doing, unlike the ER nurse from my first tri, who told me she used to big of a needle. Hardly felt this one and no lingering pain!

Other than not being able to handle the though of DTD, I am feeling pretty good! Ask me later in the day though, we'll see.

I'm exhausted and just want to sleep. DD was up twice last night (she tried to sneak into bed with me on the second go) and I'm just done. Unfortunately we have a trainer coming to work with our dog this morning and I can't stay in bed all morning.

I kept getting BH yesterday from about 3pm to 9pm. my lower tummy kept tightening for about a minute or two and then releasing. It was annoying as it winded me a bit.

missjenniebean, My way to boost the mood this week was to give DH a back rub and then (as sweetly as I could) tell him that I wouldn't mind if he wants to go masturbate somewhere else, but I'm going to bed. Yeah... he took me up on that offer. It's definitely been a dry spell around here!

Add me to the "I pooped!" club. My metamucil is finally kicking in after 4 days. I'm hoping if I remember to keep taking it regularly it will keep me regular (and my hemorrhoids will go down until d-day at least!)

Feeling pretty good all around though! This bump is growing so fast!

After telling my dr yesterday that this baby isn't quite as active as I remember DS being, it went crazy in there the rest of the day just to remind me I guess lol.

Otherwise, besides being generally worn down by the time H gets home from work, still doing pretty good. Cherishing each day of this!

This baby bump is getting heavy, my stomach muscles feel like their pulled, and baby is increasingly making it a struggle to get good breaths in sometimes. He's a crazy kid and moves around a lot, but he's been hanging out pretty low until the last week or two. I felt my first kick/punch right under my ribs the other day. Scared the bejeezus out of me since I'm used to feeling all that stuff at belly button level or lower. Cray-zay.

Speaking of belly buttons, I can officially see the end of mine which creeps me right now. Andplusalso, I'm pretty sure fiancé gave me his head cold.

I'm really short so the entire thing is too long for me. I use the top part as additional pillow fluff and arrange my normal pillows on/around/in front it. I don't find the head pillow area of it very cozy. But the way I do it makes it heavenly.

I will have to try that. It's also such a bitch to unravel myself every hour to pee! It's kind of dangerous as I have literally fallen out of bed with my legs still tangled in it. Damn!!!! I can't wait for normal sleep!

This bump is just getting sooo big... I don't know how it can possibly grow anymore in the next 11 weeks. I have no. more. room. for. you. I'm hoping at my prenatal massage, she finds a way to free up some room in there.

Otherwise I've stayed stretch mark-free, swelling-free, and linea nigra-free thus far so here's hoping it stays that way - my guess is it won't.

I slept like a baby last night for the first time in several weeks. We switched mattresses with the guest room because it's firmer and I didn't even get up to pee at 3:12am! On the flip side I had to drink that shitty Gatorade drink this morning for my glucose test(I hope I pass, I hope I pass)and then I saw a different Doc than my Doc so I can meet all the ladies in the practice. Her nurse was young and I think fairly new and scared the shit out of me because my blood pressure was high. It's never high. They rechecked it with the mechanical monitor and it was fine.

Random rant - freaking Purdue losing by ONE point knocked me down in my bracket. DAMN IT! I want to win this pot, I got baby shit to buy!

He was actually super supportive.... I love my CFO and he's a good guy, I was just really nervous about a few comments my main boss has said. He basically said, keeping things afloat, the money coming in, etc. while I'm gone is his problem, not mine, so please don't worry. They have so-and-so to cover this, and my co-worker will work a few extra hours and "we'll all be fine". He wants me to enjoy the time with the baby and not worry about a thing. PHEW! I'm a worrisome person by nature, so I think I was working myself up about it based on a few things that have been said. I feel a lot better about it now!

My stomach is like the size of a pea around dinner. If I eat anything resembling a normal meal I get this sharp pain across my stomach right under my bra line. Not fun - now I have to figure out small, delicious, GD friendly foods and I hate dinner foods normally. If only I could take a magic dinner pill!

Seriously I am exhausted today... I hit the pillow hard last night too.  you know it's bad when you wake up to pee for the 1st time in the night and think "wow it must be like 3 am" I'm sleeping good... and you look at the clock and it's only 12:15.  fuck.

Then I woke up at fucking 4am with the WORST charley horse ever.  Seriously it hurt and I tried moving my leg and it got worse.  When I tried to massage it (yeah right like that's easy) it was terrible!  I woke my H up with my "oh my god, ouch, ahhh it hurts" he was afraid I was in pre-term labor or something.... but he was sleeping like shit too... and massaged my calf for me and it did finally get better, but it seemed like an eternity.  Then he went downstairs because he was wide awake... BED TO MYSELF!!!

Other than that heartburn is back with a vengeance and I'm pissed because I don't have any tums at work.

I'm hungry too, and nothing really sounds good - I had a lean cuisine pizza for lunch, and rye chips a few minutes ago, and I have a yogurt in the fridge, but that sounds gross....

I'm with you all on the heavy belly feeling. I constantly feel like I need to do a back bend (like I could if I tried ha!) to stretch out the top of my tummy.
I got decent sleep last night as well (only up once to pee wahoo!) but have not felt today at allll. I made myself French toast for breakfast and then ate half of the 8" strawberry shortcake. That should bode well for my Gd test coming up.
I've been laying on the couch most of the day with the dogs and watching hgtv.
I agree that the shower parties for the sexy time mojo are a good time. Also for my bachelorette party we had one of the Pure Romance parties and I got this "enhancement cream" called just "O" and it is the bomb.com. A dab of that in the right place does wonders. I have wanted to have sex but I feel like I'm not producing the proper lubricant? Sorry if tmi but it makes things hella uncomfortable. It also makes me freaked out about how delivery will go. Like if having sex is so uncomfortable how is something much larger going to come out of there?!

Mostly frustrated. Nothing to do with pregnancy per day though, so excuse the random bitch. I had to have more buttons/aligners attached for my invisalign and go back to wearing the trays (with elastics this time!! I didn't even have elastics with my metal braces as a teenager!!) 24/7 for the next 4 months. Before, I was only having to wear the trays at night. So now it's a pain in the ass to have to eat every 2-3 hours and my mouth hurts and I won't be done with them until after Peanut is here.

Other than that, not too bad. Belly is definitely heavier and I'm feeling pressure lower than before. Oh, and bending over is becoming... Uhhhh... Shall we say 'interesting'? So now whenever I drop something my knee jerk verbal response is 'oh, crap!' followed by some very unladylike grunting as I retrieve said dropped item.

Apparently I've been scratching in my sleep, because when I woke up the other morning, my right arm was completely torn up. So attractive!

I'm about to give up on ever having more than 2-3 hours of consecutive sleep for a very long time. Mostly due to the constant peeing.

But I did have some awesome poops today.

Yes!! I have women myself up numerous times itching like crazy. I tore up my ankle three months ago and it hadn't really healed! Is that a thing in pregnancy? Slow healing? And not regular scratch related but I woke up last night itching my vague from what I think is a YI. Now my vagina is torn up and broken... So sad.. But good excuse for no sex.

I have found burts bees lotion and argan oil has stopped all my itch (besides the vag). Maybe give that a try? I have a regime after I shower with my lotions and oil and that has helped me remember. Otherwise I can't remember to put it on either.

I will have to try that. I am kinda in love with this argan oil though. It's amazing on my skin and my hair and is not greasy in anyway. I love this stuff!! My stretch marks are fading and I haven't got anymore yet. And it's helping on some of my scars.
