I've started using my fitness pal again to monitor my daily calorie intake. I've been working out during the week days after work but switched to 5 am workouts because my DH will be back to traveling for awhile and DD demands my full attention after work. I have to get up early and do it because by 8 at night when I could do it, I am too tired and have to get ready for work the next day.
I need to add some more exercising in and I think once it's warmer consistently after work I may start taking D and the stroller for a few mile jog. Here's hoping!!
Wouldn't it be nice if wine and chocolate and delicious treats were not delicious?!
I finally cancelled my gym membership. I just wasn't using it and was wasting a bunch of money. Between DD's nap schedule, the gym's childcare schedule, and my schedule, it was almost impossible to coordinate a trip. Plus, DD hates being left in the childcare and would scream bloody murder, and so half the time, after I moved heaven and earth to get there, they would have to call me to come get her 10 minutes into my workout. We also don't get a lot of family time, so I hated to leave her with DH at times when he was available and not get that time togteher.
Instead, I have now switched my focus to health and strength instead of caring about how I look. I go for brisk walks with DD (she loves them!), I take the bus to work which includes a 1/2 mile walk each way. Rather than walking leisurely I walk as fast as I possibly can, I also only let myself take the stairs at work. I go for a walk on my lunch break as well 3 times a week. I also found some you tube videos and have started to doing yoga to help strengthen my back and reduce back pain (it's only about 10 minutes). I have also just incorporated abdominal excercises into the day. I use good posture and hold my stomach in. Also, you can do abdominal exercises just like kegels throughout the day whenever you think of it. Do them while standing or walking, just tighten your abdominal muscles and pull your belly button towards your spine. Since I have stopped going to the gym, I have gotten into way better shape and feel a lot better. DH even commented on how toned my abs are getting! The best part is, it doesn't take up time that I could be spending with my family. As far as diet, we have switched to primarily clean/organic eating. The process was very gradual, we made the transition over several years. We started by reading labels and slowly making better choices. Initially, we just cut back on sugar and processed foods, and then around the time DD was born we switched to organic. We still eat out maybe once a week, and DH or I will grab lunch at work sometimes, so we aren't 100% strict about it since we still want to be able to enjoy life. We also let ourselves have treats which keeps us from ever going crazy and binging. If we are craving sweets, we buy some ice cream and share it (just don't buy the gallon tub!). Also, we don't keep any junk food in the house. The evening is when we get the munchies, but if it's not there we are too lazy to go out and buy something. Instead we make a healthy snack like popcorn.

Curling season is over, so I'm not doing that until next winter. (We were out in the first round of playoffs.) But as my back is feeling better and the weather getting nicer, I take the kids for a walk many afternoons. I need to get back into my morning workout routine, which mostly was DVD workouts and a couple I've done so many times I don't need the video anymore (pilates). I also like to do Just Dance on the Wii, but it takes a little longer than my DVDs because of load times.
As for healthy eating, I use a lot of whole grains and tomatoes in my cooking. My kids don't even know what white bread tastes like because we only buy whole wheat. I've been making a point to keep more fresh fruit in the house and serve it with lunch or for snack every day. I always feel better when I'm on a fresh fruit kick, but then I fall off that wagon because I like the convenience of applesauce and dried fruit. I prepare fresh fruits and veggies when I buy them to make them more convenient. (Like I bought celery yesterday, washed and cut it into snack-size sticks, so when lunch comes, I just grab some out of the container rather than having to wash and cut it, which always seems like too much work when I have to rush to get 2 kids their lunch.)
I honestly haven't worked out since about 4 or 5 months pregnant. I worked out on a regular basis before that ( mainly running). I tend to eat on the healthier side but again I am now more relaxed then I was before pregnancy. I recently said I was going to start working out during lunch, I just have to join the gym across from my work..... Usually takes me about a month after the original thought to actually go and do it
I just started the 21 day fix. I love the short 30 min workouts. Honestly after surviving two under two I didn't feel like I had either the time or the energy to work out. So I'm just getting back into it. We eat healthy but am working at portion control. I worked out my entire first pregnancy and haven't been back to the gym since. It just takes too much time to go there and with two toddlers and working full time it ain't happening.

I try to go for a walk 4-5x/wk and do stretches while I'm sitting and playing with DD. @35wks there's not much else that I can do, but I'm hoping to do some short runs and lower body lifting not long after the baby arrives.
I do my best to eat healthy but I still need to have something after dinner which is sweet. I can't wait until most fruits are in season again in upstate NY!
Nothing, nada, all the way around. I mean I carry 26lbs around most of the day and try not to eat all the candy in the house. That counts a little right?

That totally counts! Toddler lifting should be a sport, and toddler lifting while said toddler is throwing a tantrum, that should be an Olympic event.
Not much exercising here. With the weather warming up, I've been trying to get out and walk a couple times a week at least.
We do eat pretty healthily most of the time. When we have pasta/tortillas/bread, it's whole wheat. We eat a ton of fruit, with meals or as snacks. We don't eat out much, most of our meals are from scratch with lots of fresh ingredients. I'm working on eating more veggies and drinking more water though.

I've always been quite active, so it's been hard slowing down with pregnancy. I still make it to the gym 3-4 days a week, although heavily modified from what I used to do. I'm fortunate to have these amazing mom and baby workout classes available to me. DD sits in her stroller while I do either boot camp or tabata classes. It's been a bit more of a challenge as she's gotten older, but I pack a good amount of snacks and some of her favourite books and we can usually get through the hour without a fuss.
I also have a Fitbit flex and that thing is the biggest motivator for me. I'm very competitive so I do whatever it takes to get more daily steps than my friends and family.
As far as eating? That's where I fail. I'm a sweets-aholic and have trouble saying no when junk food is available. The past few weeks in particular have been horrible with so many family birthday parties.

Every dinner is cooked home made. I don't do any box dinners. Breakfast is always a must and it's mostly oatmeal or sausage egg muffin. Workouts have been a challenge but I make an effort to visit the gym every week. Whole wheat bread, tortillas and I make sure I have a day's worth of fruits/veggies.
