Hi ladies =] I'm really struggling with names for our third baby (unknown gender) due in April. Siblings are Jude and Evelyn. Last name 3 syllables, starting with "H." girls list (feel free to suggest more): Juniper Eleanor Eloise Charlotte
and for boys' names...I'm at a loss. DH and I can't seem to agree on anything. So, suggestions are welcome. Thanks ladies!

Sex, not gender .
I love Eleanor, Eloise, and Charlotte. Of your respective boy lists, I love Alexander, Ezra, Ivor and Oliver.

But seriously, I think when it comes to girls, you have all great options. I love Eloise. Charlotte is becoming a little too popular to me but still a nice name.
For boys, I'm at a loss. I think you both have some good names on your list. Sorry I'm not more help!

Haha, thanks for the suggestions! DH and I are really leaning towards Eloise. MN would be Shelley (need to double check spelling) after DH's grandfather, whose birthday is the day before our DD, and has failing health. As for boy names, we are so stumped! I guess this baby had better be a girl!
Eleanor is the only name on your list that I don't really, really like. I have always had a soft spot for Juniper, although it might be a touch matchy with Jude. Other suggestions:

Alright, I'm bumping this back up for a few more ideas. our girl list, which we're feeling pretty good about (but feel free to suggest/share criticism): Elia/Eliana (DH really likes this name) Eleanor Eloise Charlotte Juniper
Boy: Elijah (ETA: DH loves this name. I'm not super thrilled by it) Theodore Archer Phineas (nn Finn) Alder
Can I get some criticism/additional ideas for boys based on my list? Also, H names are out.

Your girl list is lovely, although Elia/Eliana are my least favorite names on there. Suggesting Eleri (eh-LAIR-ee) and Elowen as alternative "el" names. I love Theodore and Phineas (although the mythological connotations aren't the best for Phineas). I like Arthur much better than Alder or Archer. And Elijah is fine, but leaves me a little cold. Suggesting Finnian and Thaddeus.

Thanks! I love Eleri and Finnian. I like Finnian over Phineas, so thanks =] Now I feel like our boy list is making a little progress!
So I'm thinking I'd like to have a list of 3-5 names for each sex, and once we see/meet the baby, we'll finalize our name. Has anyone done this? Did a name just seem to fit? ...Or am I just going to look at the baby and be even more torn? With DD and DS, we knew their sex in advance, and had chosen a single name ahead.
Lots of beautiful suggestions, I have liked your name ideas except Eleanor. For some reason I just think it sounds sad and I can't get on board with it. I think I like PPs suggestion of Eleri or your idea of Eloise
