I am not going to be healthy this week. VACATION!!!!!! Well I will be walking a lot and swimming a little. So there is that. But I will be eating all the foods. And there will be nachos. And cheesecake. And I will not regret it one bit.

Enjoy your vacation xanthepants! I've had such a craving for nachos and we finally ordered some yesterday and they weren't warm enough
Oh I guess I should answer the questions too 1. My healthy kick has started to plateau so I need to stay focused on just being healthy. 2. Eat out less. I actually have a meal plan and if we stick to it will be much cheaper than ordering food! 3. My mom and h have asked me if I lost weight. I haven't lost much but I've noticed some improvement since exercising. I'm trying not to weigh myself because it's too discouraging.

somethingcleverer, you are rocking it sister! I keep swirling a bit. I'm going to talk with my mom and sister and see if we can make an accountability pact. Or even a wager. My mom was on a prgram recently that really helped her last year and so I want ot get the lowdown on it. I have been working at a high protein and high veggie diet but it is honestly wreaking (sp?) havoc on my body. Too much bathroom time TMI and it's making the roids very unhappy. So despite that being the lifestyle dujour - I don't think I can make it work long term for me. Sorry - not following your format!
