Weeks/Fruit: 2.9 inches; tangerine/Meyer lemon/peach, depending on where I look
Sexes/Twin Type: frat
Symptoms: M/s still hanging around. Fatigue seems to be coming back a little, but that might also be from actually getting up and doing things. Oh, and insomnia, since it's currently 4:55 am and I've been awake for more than an hour.
AW/Appointments/Ultrasounds: 3/31 for OB
Questions/Comments/Concerns: Bloat or baby? That is the question
QOTW: What's your favorite movie of all time? Pride and Prejudice (1995). I've watched all five hours of it way too many times.

Weeks/Fruit: 36
Sexes/Twin Type: boy/girl di/di
Symptoms: massiveness
AW/Appointments/Ultrasounds: 2x weekly BPP/NST...both babies seem to be doing great and are estimated to be 6 pounds each
Questions/Comments/Concerns: I am really ready to be done and getting pretty grumpy! I've been aiming for a vaginal birth but my doctors are reluctant to do an induction with twins, so I have to be willing to stay pregnant til 39-40 wks if I don't go into labor spontaneously before then if I want to go that route. I am thinking of wimping out and trying to schedule a c/s for 38 weeks so that there is a definite end in sight if I don't go into labor before then. I hate the open-endedness of not having a date set and going until 40 weeks isn't something I am cool with. I really need a longer torso...I am 5'2" and quite slight.
QOTW: What's your favorite movie of all time? A River Runs Through It
began TTC 2009 N&A, our b/g twins born and lost 3/7/12 at 20 weeks due to PPROM N (girl), 6/26/13 E&A (b/g twins), 4/5/15 BFP 3/27/17, EDD 12/3/17 IVF veteran with multiple losses - feel free to ask me about it.

Weeks/Fruit: 24 weeks, cantelope
Type: di/di boy/girl
Symptoms: I was having such an easy pregnancy until 23 weeks. Now I'm just starting to get uncomfortable. It's getting harder and harder to sit down on the couch or sleep comfortably. Chasing my 2 year old for another 24 weeks will be hard!
Appointments/Concerns: Kind of concerned because I just go to a regular OB and since my last pregnancy and this pregnancy were so uneventful/easy she just sees me monthly and only listens for heartbeats. HRM. I have had 3 u/s (8 weeks, 15 weeks, 21 weeks) so maybe she will start checking more things again in the future. I go in at 28 weeks for my GTT.
Symptoms: I'm peeing every 1-3 hours no matter what I do, which makes for a really great night's sleep. <_< My ankles and feet are puffy most of the time now; while my hands look normal, my wedding rings felt a little snug the other day, so I started wearing them on a chain around my neck so they don't get stuck.
AW/Appointments/Ultrasounds: Had a growth scan on Friday, everything looks great! Cervix looks good, fluid level in each sac is good, and each baby is measuring around 2.5 pounds. They were both cooperative for the 4D scan for the first time, so we got to see faces!
Questions/Comments/Concerns: I've been itchy, which I know can be normal, but I have myself freaked out that something more serious is going on. I have an appointment with the regular OB tomorrow, so I'll mention it then.
QOTW: What's your favorite movie of all time? Clue
Symptoms: swollen feet/ankles, heartburn/nausea, so much stretching/itching, just an overall uncomfortable feeling
AW/Appointments/Ultrasounds: last week baby boy was measuring 5lb2oz and baby girl was aprox 4lb13oz
Questions/Comments/Concerns: Had an eventful weekend. Lost part of my mucus plug and some contractions on Saturday, but they didn't last. I probably should have called the doc, but figured I'd see how it goes. Feeling ok today, but I think these babies will be here sooner rather than later.
QOTW: What's your favorite movie of all time? Omg, this is tough! I can't pick just one! Annie, Happy Gilmore, Dirty Dancing, Scott Pilgrim v. The World, I could keep going!
Sexes/Twin Type: Identical, probably mo/di. By next week's check-in I will know more about the placenta... and the sex!
Symptoms: SO thankful my m/s has improved a lot over the past week. It still hits but I've started eating more and puking less and it's great.
AW/Appointments/Ultrasounds: Should have my M21 results this week, and my NT/chorionicity scan is Monday 3/30. Very anxious about all of these things but glad they are happening soon. Questions/Comments/Concerns: Tomorrow is DD's 3rd birthday! Perfect timing to have this excitement to distract me this week.
QOTW:What's your favorite movie of all time? Sound of Music!

Your symptoms made me lol, and also gave me a bit of a reality check. I feel like I'm suffering from this every evening at a mere 19 weeks, and I'm sure I don't know what I'm in for. Not long to go for you, though! I can't imagine hanging in until 40 weeks -- is there a particular reason for no twin inductions? Hope things start up for you naturally before you go bonkers!

elvenqueen, I think they hesitate to induce because the induction protocol for a twin delivery must be gentler (i.e. lower doses of pitocin) because of the risk of uterine rupture due to an overdistended uterus. My understanding is that because the induction must be more gentle, the likelihood of a successful induction that will end in vaginal delivery is lower than for a singleton. They've been pretty clear with me that my best shot at a successful vaginal delivery is spontaneous labor. I get the impression that if I want a scheduled delivery at week 38, they rather I just go with a c-section. I really assumed I would have no trouble going into labor spontaneously, especially due to my history (PPROM/PTL at 20 weeks in the twin pregnancy I lost a few years ago and also PTL during this pregnancy at 31 weeks), but these babies seem quite happy where they are ATM and are giving no indication that they're looking for an exit!

I guess their caution makes sense, then, but a little annoying for your preferred birth plan. Hopefully those babies are just planning on timing it perfectly!
Symptoms: some feet swelling, heartburn,pressure/pain,getting tired and cranky.
AW/Appointments/Ultrasounds:I live at the drs office now. Twice a week nst had one yesterday and baby A was not doing what they needed him to do. I started to get worried bc they had to bust out the ultrasound and the nurse couldn't get him breathing. She had to get the ultrasound tech to come look and all was good. I nearly had a mini heart attack and was worried id hear "emergency c section". Then i get up and head to my car and A decided to start moving up a storm. I guess he didnt have much room for anythibg as he is head down in my pelvis.
Questions/Comments/Concerns: Still looking like a c section for me boo. A IS head down and B Is transverse. The location of A I think makes it impossible for B to flip
QOTW: What's your favorite movie of all time? Hmmm I dont really have an all time fave. Now and then, alladin, titanic and im drawing a blank but these movies I can watch over abd over and bever get bored

Weeks/Fruit: 32+4/Squashes
Sexes/Twin Type: Frat b/g
Symptoms: Fatigue, Indigestion, Stretch Marks (sigh...didn't get any with DD).
AW/Appointments/Ultrasounds: MFM and OB today. Everyone is on track and both doctors said I couldn't possibly have a more ideal twin pregnancy. Passed my glucose, perfect blood pressure, babies are growing on the number. After the somewhat concern over the cervix it was still 2.3cm. No more cervix checks! Baby A is still breech.
Questions/Comments/Concerns: Baby A has 4 weeks to turn it on around. I have one more MFM appointment at 36 weeks. Then we would look at scheduling a c-section around 38 weeks. Whomp whomp.
QOTW: What's your favorite movie of all time? At the risk of sounding like a total teeny dork, I could watch all of the Fast & Furious movies over and over and over.
Weeks/Fruit: 25 weeks/cabbage or large cucumber depending on the app.
Sexes/Twin Type: B/G di/di
Symptoms: Peeing frequently, out of breath after moving like a centimeter, pelvic pressure, and wickedly painful RLP. Like, it hurts if I turn a certain way too fast, lean over a certain way to wipe myself after peeing, or just turning over in bed. OUCH. Oh, and I officially waddle now.
AW/Appointments/Ultrasounds: Have another bi-weekly appointment and our monthly growth scan on Monday. Excited to see how much the babies have grown!
Questions/Comments/Concerns: Nope.
QOTW: What's your favorite movie of all time? That's really tough, I don't think I have a favorite. DH and I are huge horror fans/snobs though.
blueberries8, you're so close to the end, and 6lbs is great for twins! Regardless of c/s or vaginal, you will have two babies in just a few short weeks and that is so exciting.
bluebonnet22, I definitely noticed a turning point in going from comfortable to uncomfortable somewhere around 23/24 weeks. Hang in there.
neongreen, that's so awesome about the 4D scan! I don't know if our office does it but I really really hope they do, because I'm dying to know what these kiddos look like.
@feegan, SO glad you like your new OB, it sounds like they are much more on top of things than your previous place. It's so important to get good care, especially during a mutliples pregnancy.
mrsf0831, glad everything's okay with Baby A. Sorry your LO's aren't cooperating with their positioning. Maybe they will adjust before it's go-time!
