The reason I might be the next person on the show "Snapped"

My DH is usually a very good guy but lately I feel like strangling him. I thought maybe some others might need a place to vent instead of taking it out on them....
Today I was home sick from work. This rarely happens-even if I am sick I will go to work because we don't get sick days and I always end up feeling bad. I work as a therapist and I take it seriously that sometimes my clients really, really need me badly even if I don't feel 100%. I have mentioned a number of times on here that the place I work for is a piece of shit though.
I got medicine this morning for my chest cold and I have been feeling better. I picked up the house, walked the dog (which is usually husbands afternoon duty), and did some other things. But then I got soooo bored. When DH got home from work he took a nap, which is totally fine, while I sat and watched tv.
He asked me what was up and I mentioned that I was bored and he ripped into me. He called me Liz, which is my sister and a huge no-no in my books. She is my older sister whose husband works himself to death while she sits home and does nothing. That just totally cued me being 99% pissed off and made me feel terrible. I just told him that the next time he was sick and building our child I would tell him the same to which he responded that he can't take a day off even if he wants to because there is too much pressure on him to work. Mind you he gets like 15 sick days and 4 weeks vacation and hardly uses them. I know he's stressed right now because he is studying for his engineering license and working but he pissed me the fuck off from the get go with that comment.
Anyone else have something that sets you off like that? Am I being crazy and hormonal? Haha
