Chicken Fajitas, salsa+ chips
BBQ Beef sandwiches, baked beans, chips
Baked Macaroni + Cheese, haven't figured out sides yet.
Friday night we are going out of town and will eat out.

Bonus: If you are cooking for Easter, what are you making?

My ILS do the main meal (bbq beef or shredded chicken sandwiches), but I'm taking a side and an app. I'm going to make an Italiany pasta salad and also a fresh corn/black bean salsa.

M- spinach tortellini and turkey meatballs
T- taco salad
W-grilled chicken sausages and cauliflower romanesco basilic
Th- orange chicken, brown rice, and sautéed brocoli slaw in sesame oil
Fri- fish and Tator tots
Sat-beef vegetable soup
Sun- Easter dinner at my dads

T - pork Milanese with arugula salad
w- Italian chicken sausage pasta
Th - lamb chops with rice

Easter is at out house. We are having
- honey baked ham ( we love to make pea soup with the bone)
- home made Mac and cheese
- sweet potatoes
- salad ( nothing fancy)

We are just having my parents over. Should be pretty casual

Probably leftovers or sandwiches the rest of the evenings. This is huge for me! I'm actually cooking! lol...

For Easter we're going to my inlaws. I have no idea what's on the menu but DH's grandma does all the cooking pretty much every holiday. I try to help but just hear "it's tradition". *eyeroll*

That's as far as I got. DH is still gone this week so we'll have leftovers too.

We're spending the weekend again with my parents. We usually do brunch out for Easter.

Chicken Alfredo
Hamburgers and fries
Hotdogs, Mac and cheese, and some other veggie
Leftovers
Fried pork chops and some kind of veggie


Easter is at our house this year we are having:
Brown sugar glazed ham
Potato salad
Deviled eggs
Corn
Baked beans
Green beans
Baked Mac and cheese
Rolls

Not sure what for dessert I'll probably make a pound cake for some of it though..
