Tonight I think I'm doing a cheesey chicken and bacon pasta dish. Probably with steamed broccoli. Not sure about which days for each one yet but the rest of the week I think we're doing tacos (I do shredded chicken from the crockpot), grilling turkey burgers, teriyaki chicken, and probably homemade pizza.

Tonight: Lamb ribs with asparagus and smashed potatoes (boil small potatoes, like red potatoes, cut them into disc shape, and smach with a potato masher and bake. They're like french fries and potato chips in one. SO good!)
Tomorrow: Balsamic Pork Roast with balsamic glaze from trader joe's, balsamic carrots, and some kind of pasta dish
Wednesday: Veggie and Lentil Soup
Thursday: H's parents may take us out to dinner after meeting the Easter Bunny, otherwise I will make something like lasagna
Friday: French Bread Pizzas or Grilled chicken and veggies depending on weather
No clue... and I did the grocery shopping this week too - but we had a lot of random things in the house already; lettuce, chicken, beef, plenty of sides and frozen steam veggies too...
Saturday night we had BLT's for dinner, which I haven't had in forever, and they were delicious. I want to eat them every night! There's more bacon in the freezer and some tomato left over too... don't think I wouldn't do it!
Otherwise I'm sure MIL will make dinner most nights this week... I'm so spoiled right now, but I know it, and I'm going to dread when we move and I have to think about meals more and actually cook again!
Not sure about the rest of the week, but definitely soup for tonight. I'm thinking split pea because it's been a while since I've made it. It is 35 degrees and snowing outside so hot soup sounds wonderful. Brrr!

Wednesday: Lentil Soup in crockpot Thursday - Leftovers Friday - I might try making refried beans in the crockpot. Does anyone have suggestions of how to make this more of a meal?
Last night was grilled pork chops stuffed with smoked gouda and bacon, rice, and sauteed spinach. Tonight was chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese, rice, and green beans. Tuesday is spaghetti and meatballs. Wednesday is a hamburger pie. Thursday is leftovers. Friday we are going out for pizza (Its our Good Friday tradition). Saturday the IL's will be here so I'm making lasagna and salad.

What about using the refried beans as the base for tacos or burritos? Add some rice and toppings like cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream...
