Deleting content on The Dump

Hey ladies. I have not yet requested account deletion over there (I'm not sure if I will, I don't really have that much content). Most of my personal info was in my siggy, avatar, and some account settings, so I deleted my siggy, changed my account info (fake name, fake address), and deleted all my photos. I also changed my avatar to one of their generics, but my coffee-drinking son avatar is still showing up! I tried logging out on all of my devices and logging back in, but it didn't work...

Any advice?

And just so this isn't all-about-me... does anyone else feel "icky' about keeping any personal info up over there? Has the trust been broken for you as well?

So delete the picture from your photo album thingy too. I asked that they delete everything. I don't want other people to be able to look back and find anything on me.

I messaged BumpCaitlin and also sent an email. According to her wall, it could take awhile!

I did! My "photos" are empty, and in the settings tab my avatar is generic... but on the boards it still shows up. Nothing over there works correctly!

Alright, I just logged back in The Dump to check things out, and the avatar is generic now (I guess it just needed time to take effect). This, my friends, is why "patience is a virtue!"

Just requested deletion 10 minutes ago. I will track the time to see how long it takes. I read that if you log back in it resets the request. I deleted the app from my phone and tried to "forget" my log in info so I won't even try for a few days. Hopefully I am gone when I check back. They suck!
