I pluck mine with tweezers. About 9 months ago I went a little tweeze-happy and gave myself two little, uneven lines. My solution was to grow ALL my eyebrows hairs out and start again from scratch. So happy I did this since they now are full and even again.
I also use a small eyebrow comb to push the hairs upward and then trim them with brow scissors so they aren't too big
I used to get them waxed when I got my hair done, but I changed people when we moved and I didn't like how thin she made them. Now I don't do anything. I think my previous waxing has helped thankfully so there's not too many strays.
I've waxed mine since high school and it's amazing. Doesn't hurt much at all and it lasts a long time. I'm also terrible at shaping them so they do it much better. Since I moved to NYC I get them threaded. It hurts more than waxing and I sort of hate it, but it's cheaper and easier to find here so that's what I do.
I brush gently with an eyebrow comb most days. Should I be doing something else? Fuller brows are associated with youth in current make up trends. Mine aren't wily, so I've never even considered tweezing.
I wax them and tweeze in-between but Im thinking about trying threading. I have a girlfriend that swears by it. My problem is It have blonde eye brows so I have a HELL of a time seeing the hair to even be able to tweeze. So I really have to wax and threading typically lasts longer and is better for sensitive skin. I have such sensitive skin that I have to go immediately home after I get them waxed because my whole forehead is bright red
I used to wax, but I would have red marks around my eyebrows for a full day afterward. I figured it wasn't worth my money to look like I had a weird sunburn for that long. Besides, I have a mole under both eyebrows - it's so frustrating, because if my brows get too thin it looks like I have a big hole in the hairs. I went to several places, and they all made mine look too thin, despite my requests to contrary. I took it as a sign that waxing may not be the best method for me, regardless of the red skin problem.
Tweeze and trim. I leave mine pretty natural though, just tweeze a few strays that are lower and then brush up and trim the top of the inner portion near my nose that can get a little bushy.
I get mine threaded occasionally, and tweeze the random stragglers, but like a few of you I'm terrible at maintaining them.
I'm actually in the midst of an "I'm in my late 20's and still can't do my makeup, hair, eyebrows, or dress nicely" crisis.
Back when I actually had time to devote to fashion and style, I did pretty well. But these days as long as it's relatively clean and not falling apart, I wear it. I really need some new clothes but my shape has changed so much and I'm now at the age where I just can't wear the things I used to. I'm planning to utilize Nordstrom's pesonal shopper service in the next couple months and get some help with my wardrobe. It has gotten pretty sad, but I get overwhelemed when I shop because I don't even know what my style is anymore.
I tweeze them. And I use brow shadow most days to fill them in and make them appear alittle fuller. I always feel that I screwed then up when I was younger by over waxing/tweeting and now they don't grown in certain spots. I would love to grow them out a little fuller but it doesn't work for me.
I have super sensitive skin too and I look like someone just smacked me really hard on my forehead when I waxed. For those with sensitive skin and want to wax, try the wax that's like putty. Not sure what it's called but it's a lot more gentle. I had regular wax actually rip the skin off and I looked like a hot mess for a week after.
I waxed a handful of times in my 20s and it helped a lot (to rid of the unibrow). I don't need to wax anymore because of it which I'm grateful for and I don't bother plucking the few stragglers.
My brows don't grow much. I tweeze them occasionally. I had them waxed once but my skin is so sensitive that a week later I was at the Dr about something else and he told me he thought I had psoriasis. I told him about the waxing and he laughed at me

It's called a creme wax, hope that helps anyone who is sensitive.
I had a crazy dream last night because of this post! I'd waxed my brows horribly. They were really bushy near my nose then a bare section then a super, super thin straight line !

I totally understand where you are coming from. I have had some luck with stitchfix. I have to admit it has been hit or miss but I have at least 5 new pieces they sent me that have worked out GREAT. I used to love shopping, it was my true hobby but all that happens now is I leave the store in tears and then I go down a depression spiral. Stitchfix has been amazing in that they sent me stuff that fit great, was different and not things I would have picked out and I never leave the comfort of my home. GL
