He does this every so often, especially as the new book gets closer and closer to being released. Up until recently there was an Arya chapter up.

Don't get your hopes up.  He has said publicly that the book isn't coming out in 2015 at all.

Oh I know. The Arya one was up for like a year or something? He tends to accelerate the rate of how often he changes the samples out as he gets closer.
