homebrewgirl I can't link mobile. But just go to potterybarnkids.com and search for Boba Fett. It's the only item that comes up. They also have a stormtrooper and Darth Vader.
R was up at 6. I felt bad for Mamosey so I took him downstairs where he is torturing the cats and moving my end tables around.
This morning I was thinking how in the heaven will we be able to take R to church plus a new baby. I know I want to start doing it but the thought sends me running.
A hallelujah tomoms who do this!
I'm not even pregnant and I think all the time about how moms with multiple kids are able to get anything done. It's a mystery to me.
We don't. We wait until they're older then make them do it.
@elf828 I own goodnight ohio and I hid it months ago.
dadalou I hope your back feels better, whether that means a baby today or LO decides to cook a bit longer!
I made funfetti pancakes, bacon, eggs, and fruit salad this morning. I still have to make sides for our easter dinner at my parents. I'm cheating though and I'm cooking the carrots in the crock pot. ?
5 was up at 630 for baskets but we made him lay with us until 730, when he could hardly contain himself anymore. I let him eat Smarties for breakfast. Miss B pulled everything out of hers and tried to eat her Cadbury egg with the wrapper on. We'll have an egg hunt later at my mom's.
What say we start an AW thread for pics of our LOs?

Good morning!
We just got up over here. Lo is is in a great mood pushing her walking all over while DH and I sit on the couch and have coffee. Hopefully we have a nice relaxing day today before a family dinner tonight.

Oh and I don't know what to do about Ls diaper rash. She keeps getting them every weekend it seems...she'll go from no rash at all to intense awful rash with one poop. Last night it happened again, and she was literally shaking while I was trying to change her diaper because it hurt her so bad. Ugh. I don't know what's causing them.

Oh and one more thing. DH is nice and makes me coffee in the mornings on the weekend and brings it over to me...he always puts way too much creamer and it's so gross, but I feel like a bitch if I complain and get a new one.

Cornstarch baths will help the itch/sting. WHEN it's really bad I use like 1/3 box per bath.
Morning! Our Easter is pretty much over already. On our way home after 24 hrs with the ILs. I hope everyone has a great day! And impressed by your LOs egg hunting skills. W was not into it at all.

Switching to triple paste was a game changer for us in terms of diaper rash. We have to use it at every diaper change, but she is and has been rash free since the switch.
Oh yes. Triple Paste for sure. I bought the pre-made one and it is pretty $$$ but so worth it. I use about a tablespoon at each change. Like a nice thick layer.
rachaelmary poor girl. Try tracking what she's eating. Maybe there's something acidic causing it.
I've been doing that this past week actually. She had strawberries, which could be it, but she didn't have strawberries any other time she has had the rash. That was the only acidic thing she ate this week.
And ew on the throw up on your face! I would probably throw up as well if that happened to me!
I have a few minutes to pop in. We're doing a ton of family stuff this weekend, but right now we're growing some of those sponge capsules. We're going to H's (98 year old!) grandpa's today. It's... not a baby friendly house, so we're basically saving the boys from whatever danger they find from the minute we walk in the door. Be jealous.
If anyone can come up with some great reason that we all need to stay home and watch Mad Men all day that would be fabulous. I would also like a chance to catch up properly.
carseat I think you're still feeling under the weather??? *cough, cough* I've finally gotten through season seven of Mad Men. Have to wait until Netflix has season 8. I really don't want it to end.
rachaelmary not even tomatoes cooked into anything like sauces or stews? Just asking because a lot of people don't think of that as acidic but it's a common culprit for butt rash! The other one is of course dairy I find a half hour or so of naked butt time goes a long way to clearing LO up when she starts to look reddish down there. I try to do it right after she's had a BM and so far we haven't had any accidents, but we always stay in carpet free zones of the house lol. Also baking soda in the bath water gives her instant relief. Good luck, it's so horrible when you can't help them any more than you already are!
That was our first thought, actually. She had some last week before her rash broke out then. Once it cleared up, I started a food diary and she hasn't had any tomatoes since and the rash showed up last night again.
I've been worried about dairy since I'm allergic to dairy, but this isn't constant. It's becoming more constant, though, and seems to be happening once a week.
She also has a rash on her face, above her upper lip/under her nose and on the bridge of her nose. I took her to the doctor and he didn't seem to think either were food related...but both are getting worse.

tLex she is teething...she has 2 molars coming in. But this is like, a really bad rash. If it wasn't inappropriate to put a picture of my kids butt on the Internet, I would show you all what I mean. I think it's more than teething.
And getting her in the bath when this happens is so hard. She starts screaming bloody murder and locks her legs so we can't get her to sit down.
She also starts sobbing every time she pees because of the sting.
Just looked at the outfit mil bought LO for Easter. She asked what size for this summer and I said 12-18 months. The outfit is 24 months. Nothing like a summer tank top in February! And she took all the tags off. I'm 99% sure it's Carters from Costco, will they let me exchange it?
I feel like they would. They usually take anything back, even if it's been a year or two.
