Not sure I "go here" but I'm on the verge of needing plus size clothing, so this pregnancy may tip me over that point.
So far, so good. I'm not feeling nauseous yet, just sore boobs and reduced appetite. Nothing crazy. Hopefully it stays this way for a while!
The thing I'm most scared of right now is a miscarriage - all I want is a healthy baby, more than anything in the world. Going along with that, I want to do everything I can to ensure that this baby is healthy, including keeping my weight properly managed. I really don't want to get gestational diabetes.
I'm most excited to get to be parents. Not to brag, but I think my husband and I are going to be fucking awesome parents and raise an amazing kid. I'm just so excited to get to do that with my best friend.
I'd love some tips on plus size maternity wear. I have to dress professional for work (suits, professional dresses/skirts and blouses) and this is what I'm most worried about finding.
I guess I would go here...I never really think of myself as plus sized but the last time I went shopping I was buying plus sizes lol
Things are very quiet for me so far. I feel pretty well normal. It wasn't unusual for me to be tired often before being pregnant so that's stayed the same lol I am cramping a bit more lately, this is my second pregnancy and this still scares me. Should I be cramping?!
My biggest fear would obviously be a miscarriage. I am overjoyed to be combining our families with our first together. We each have a daughter from our previous marriages.
I'm hoping to stay within a normal weight gain this pregnancy. I am larger now than I've ever been and I wasn't worried about my weight at all with my first. With summer coming up I need to be able to keep up with the girls and our puppy!! lol
Side note: Is anyone else still peeing on sticks? Just me? I was shocked to find out I am pregnant this month bc of our terrible timing. I tested at 12dpo with a negative and 13dpo with a very faint positive. My test strips have taken forever to darken up! lol

murrt I'm hoping to get some good tips on plus size maternity wear too. So far I've looked online at Target and Old Navy. Their plus goes up to XXL.
I am borderline plus size. I can usually wear either the smallest plus size or the largest regular size. Lately it's been more plus size though haha.
I am definitely worried about miscarriage. I keep telling H that I didn't know I could be this excited and this scared at the same time.
In a more vain sense, I am worried that I won't be a cute pregnant lady because of my size. I'm really worried I won't get the cute bump like smaller ladies. I know as long as the baby is healthy, that's all that matters, but I still worry about it.
im mostly terrified of miscarriage, but also terrified of trisomy.
On the positive side, I know i'll be able to hide my pregnancy longer, on the negative, I worry i'll struggle with symptoms ans get no empathy because people might not even know I'm pregnant ...like someone giving up a seat on the train to me...it might not happen cause they'll just think I'm fat

I definitely go here. I was a 3x last pregnancy. Finding mat clothes wasn't easy, but eBay was a big help! Old Navy too. As for bumps, even at my size I had a bump. Me at 33w with a "5 lb" breech baby (she was 7lb9oz at birth and had extra fluid, so the estimate was a wee bit off).
Hi ladies! I was plus size last pregnancy and managed to keep my weight gain low (per doctor's orders) and I had a very uneventful, full term pregnancy.
Best place for maternity clothes is Target and BRU had a decent section, but I believe I heard that they closed. Target was crap for me, but maybe others' stores are better.
Don't buy anything until you see how your bump grows and what season you'll get big. My bump didn't show until 24 weeks and I didn't need maternity clothes until then. We'll be getting rather large on the edge of fall, which could change your clothing options. I had a baby in April, so I was only big in winter, so all my maternity clothes are winter. I'm hoping to get through the summer in dresses.
