DS (our little Clomid miracle) born Sept. 25, 2012 Baby #2 lost at 8w3d on March 4, 2015 (EDD Oct. 11, 2015) Baby #3 lost at 5w2d on April 16, 2015 (EDD Dec. 15, 2015) Baby #4 lost at 4w1d on May 20, 2015 (EDD Jan. 25, 2016) DS2 (our little rainbow miracle) born May 25, 2016
I am a nanny, I get to take DD with me so it works out pretty well. I have a degree in early childhood education and used to work in a classroom.
I am a certified lactation counselor and my dream job is to advance to a lactation consultant. I would want to work in a hospital with brand new mommies and babies.
ETA: I'm not one of those crazy lactation people either, as a counselor I help you figure out what works for your family.

I'm a physical therapist in the intensive care unit. I work mostly with patients who have had traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or strokes. I get to teach people to walk and be independent again. In the practical world, this is my dream job.
In a dream world, I'd love to be a singer/rock star
Account Strategist at an interactive radio app. Basically managing relationships and campaigns with stations that are using our app as their mobile solution.
Dream job would probably be freelance marketing consultant, so I could work from home. But I'd settle for director of marketing at a cool hospitality or CPG brand.
I am an executive assistant at a non-profit. Basically planning/executing meetings and supporting/communicating with our membership groups.
My dream job would be either an author or a director of a before and after school non-profit for inner city kids with art programs, cooking classes, music lessons, etc.

I'm a Developmeny Coordinator at a local not for profit. I plan our fundraising events and I'm lucky enough to say this is my dream job! I love working at a place where I can really make a difference and I know every dollar I raise is another person/family helped!

Any tips on where to search for a nanny and what to look for? I'm sure I'm crazy, but around here (Boston) the day care centers have waiting lists and though I might go that route, I'd also be interested in looking into a nanny.
murrt, I got hooked up with my current family because they went to the center I used to work at. I am not sure how to find Nanny other than putting out a potential ad and interviewing and checking references. I would look for someone who has experience, willing to be flexible, and reliable. I have seen families who's nanny just stopped showing up with no notice, so someone who you feel comfortable with on a communication level as well.
murrt, we did a nannyshare with DD until about a month ago and she switched to a preschool. It worked out really well for us! Happy to chat about it with you as well when the time comes. Daycare in the DC area is insane as well. We might be going with an au pair for this baby.

I am a dept business administrator in higher education.
My dream job would be managing my billions of dollars. . .
Seriously though, if I had unlimited time and money and could do whatever I wanted, I would be a grief counselor specializing in pregnancy/infant loss and infertility.
I work in Internal Audit at a bank part time, and I manage DH's small business part time.
This is my dream job. I work part-time, have benefits, a great team, and low stress. I've been searching for job like this for 6 years and I finally have it!

I consider myself mostly a SAHM but I do nanny for a family part time. I get to bring my DS with which has been great. But I'm sure that I won't do this next year since I'll have two kiddos.
Honestly, I'm doing my dream thing. I've always wanted to be able to stay home. Thankfully DH agreed. Once the kids are older though, I like the idea of becoming an ultrasound technician.
I'm a veterinary anesthesia technician and shift supervisor. I enjoy it, but my dream job would be one where I can do this part time, get paid more, and spend more time with my family.
I am not sure if I have a dream job. Maybe be paid to travel the world with my family? Be independently wealthy and run a charitable organization like the gates foundation?
I am a dispatcher for a trucking company. I get to talk to a bunch of grumpy old men all the time! lol I do a lot of office work too, just don't have a legit title lol
My dream job would be something more in the wedding business....party planner, baker, florist, etc. Sadly, I wasn't gifted with much creativity lol
I love hearing what everyone does! Such a great group of ladies here! I'm a nurse. I work per diem so I make my own schedule, which is nice. I work mostly nights (and occasional evenings) so I am usually home with DS, which I love. This is my dream job. I absolutely love being a nurse. I'm not sure that I'm settled into my forever specialty, so I will probably switch positions eventually. Maybe go back to school after kiddos to be a NP. But I will always love patient care
I teach middle school health. So I get to talk to 11-14 year olds about not drinking or using drugs and about safe and comprehensive sex education. My district really encourages me to push the envelop with the touchy subjects, so it's super fun because it's basically no holds bar. I love teaching sex ed. The kids just eat it up.
My dream job would be something to do with animals, like being an adoption coordinator for the SPCA or something like that. Or a travel blogger. I'd love to get paid to take vacations and write about them.
I'm a Developmeny Coordinator at a local not for profit. I plan our fundraising events and I'm lucky enough to say this is my dream job! I love working at a place where I can really make a difference and I know every dollar I raise is another person/family helped!
I also work in nonprofit development for a large organization (though I'm our resident database guru, so I don't do any event planning) and I love it! I plan on staying in this field for a long time as it's very rewarding.

I teach HS special education and work mostly with students with Emotional Behavioral Disorders and Learning Disabilities.
I absolutely love my job. My dream job would be to keep doing what I do and working with my troubled students and not having to do all the paperwork I do haha
I'm a project mgr for photography at an advertising agency. In short, my team coordinates photo shoots and manages our client's database of images. My dream job would be a SAHM but still have that direct deposit every two weeks. That was I could spend time with our LO and keep our life in order a bit better.
I'm the office manager at my husband's IT business. A year ago we found out that the previous office manager had stolen $30K, and I was staying at home with DS at the time, so I started bringing him to the office with me as H and I got things back under control.
Before that, I was contracting with a large healthcare network as a licensed massage therapist (one of my dream jobs). In 2013 I got my M.S. in mental health counseling so I could become an LPC (another dream job), and my plan was to integrate the two by becoming certified in somatoemotional release. (SER is a therapeutic bodywork modality based on the idea that the body remembers physical and emotional trauma, and "stores" it in certain areas. When those areas are addressed with bodywork, the emotions associated with the trauma can be released and re-processed for mental and physical well-being.)
However, I had just finished the first course that I needed for that specialization when DS came along, then the embezzlement thing happened, so here we are still. This makes the most sense for our family right now though, and I'm happy.
I do health care research around shared decision making...looking at educational tools to see how patients decisions change when they receive more information and what downstream impacts those tools might have on outcomes, cost of care, and adherence to medical therapies.
I LOVE my job...but in a past life I wanted to be a ballerina
