What activities have you been doing? This week I did a 45 minute spin class and some weights on Monday and Wednesday. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and a bit of core work on Tuesday. Will do the same tomorrow and add in some work on pull-ups/dips. Body pump on Friday.
Did you meet your goal from last week? I did. Making time for exercise has been hard because DS is in a growth spurt so his sleep schedule is all screwed up and I'm tired! I don't take him to the childcare at the gym yet so I have to go really early (around 5am) before DH gets up to get ready for work or late (around 6pm) after DH gets home. I'm managing but I'm looking forward to the summer when DS will be a little bit bigger (plus, had his shots) and I'll be more comfortable bringing him with me sometimes.
What's your new goal? Just to do the same next week.
What activities have you been doing? Walks and Legs and Arms at home.
Did you meet your goal from last week? No. Easter was so busy and so food filled that I caved. I always have a hard time sticking to exercise when we have a ton of places to go each day! I also had a terrible toothache which made it hard to move to much cause it would start throbbing! Just awful!
What's your new goal? Start jogging to build to a 5k and get back on the arms and legs toning and healthy eating.

What activities have you been doing? T25 weights and walking with the ergo. Did you meet your goal from last week? No. I was on track for my 5 days (3 in a row) but then I had a bleeding episode Wed night so took some rest days. Im 2 for 2 this week though What's your new goal? 5 workouts and aim for 10,000 steps a day with my fitbit

Whats the consensus on using the bob stroller with the carseat attachment to run with? I know your not supposed to put them in the seat until 8 months but is it fine to run with the car seat adaptor? I can't see how it would be any different then using a regular stroller with a carseat
Daily walks with the dog and the stroller. Also some very minimal toning/strength exercises, such as lunges, squats, and some light ab work.

Eh, not really, but I didn't really have a definitive goal for myself.
What's your new goal? I want to keep up with the walking and try to throw in two jog/runs. I don't have a jogging stroller so finding the time to do this is a little tricky. I also want to do three days of actual videos like Jillian Michaels or T25. I'm planning on going to a rock barre class with a friend this weekend, so we'll see how that goes!
Also, I really need to get my diet in check. I've been ravenous from breast-feeding and eating very badly.

Well I have been doing it. I am on a well maintained running /biking path so I don't feel like it is too rough and she is well secured. I would not take her on a rough trail.
This weekly thread has finally shamed me into doing something good for myself.
What activities have you been doing? Went for a jog for the first time since I was 16 weeks pregnant. Did 1.5miles and felt really sleepy... Planning to take a walk with the babhy tomorrow if I get decent sleep tonight.

What's your new goal? I'd really like to go swim once a week. But that would require DH actually taking over baby duty sometimes.

Did you meet your goal from last week? I had a few days without any exercise. I also bought a giant almonds & sea salt in dark chocolate bar that I've been working on. And a box of Capri Suns. So I would say no.
What's your new goal? Limit crap food purchases and going out to eat, and try to do something active each day.
