This is always something I miss and makes me smile, so I thought maybe we could do it here every once in a while.
Feel free to share something funny or cute or crazy your LOs have said or done.
L is 3 and we are finally getting the hang of potty training. Yesterday we were at Target and he told me he needed to go potty. As we went into the stall and he walked towards the toilet he told me, "This is going to be AWESOME!" ☺️
Alex is 20 months, and loves our dog, Remy. He will run around the house calling her name looking for her. If she is outside, he runs to the door, and yells, "Wemy, Wemy" It kills us every time.
The other day he came to me and said "mom, did you know that in the olden days Boston (bruins) won games and there were prizes in cereal boxes?"
I thought to myself, olden days??? I told him that when I was a kid that there were prizes in cereal boxes still and he was flabbergasted!
I then had to ask him where he had heard this, especially once I clued in to the Boston part. He said that it was in a book that his teacher had read to the class!
I'm miscarrying today and during a particularly intense cramp where I apparently moved my foot, my son looked at me and asked if my foot hurt. I told him that no, my belly hurt. His response? "You should eat some jelly beans." Lol kid, if only!
