tonight burgers and a salad Tues: Parmesan crusted chicken with rice and broccoli Wed: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, zucchini and squash stir fry Thurs: oh dang didn't plan that far so probably Breakfast night or "clean the fridge night"
Last night we grilled out: turkey burgers with avocado and a side of zucchini.
Tonight I'm making a salad: spinach leaves, cucumber, strawberries, feta cheese, craisins, raspberry vinaigrette dressing (my all time favorite salad).
Monday- chicken tika masala with peas, potatoes and cauliflower Tuesday- leftover from the above Wednesday- chicken burgers from TJ and baked fries Thursday - pizza veggie burgers and salad Friday- baked potato with chili , cheese and sour cream on top Sat- who knows!
