We live in PA, and I've been putting her in a cotton sleep 'n play. The zippered kind, not the snap kind, cause those snaps are a bitch in the MOTN.
AMEN! I literally have purchased only zipper ones in the next size. I can't do that snap crap! (The only ones that are ok is when there is only one side of snaps. )
While the zipper ones are easier to handle, I dislike how they expose LO's upper body during diaper changes when it was cold. I'd rather deal with the snaps, sometimes I don't do all of them.

Add me to the snap club, I'd rather not expose more of her body than I need to. I also don't like the way the zipper sort of bunches up under DD's chin, especially with the fleece sleepers. The snaps don't cause the outfit to curve up away from her body.

We have a few that I think are from target that unzip from the bottom. I wish they were all like that!

I was just going through LO's 6 month stuff and found his two from Target that unzip from the bottom, yay. Excited to use these within the next couple weeks. Otherwise, I'm also team snap-up sleepers.
Now that it's a little warmer, we've been doing a short-sleeved onesie with a swaddle around his bottom half. Last night I tried his Halo sleep-sack for the first time and it worked out great until LO spit up all over it this morning.

I'm in Ontario. We were wearing a onsie and a sleeper because it was so cold but now we are wearing a long sleeved onsie and socks if his feet are cold with his blanket.
