I live in northern Utah. It's been around 60 here and I just put him in a sleeper, sometimes fleece sometimes cotton, and bundle a blanket around his bottom half enough that he can't flail it over his face. He never seems overly cold and doesn't get sweaty, and sleeps like a champ, so I figure it must be working!
My DS is a little heater and seems to be extra warm when sleeping at night so we just put him to bed with a diaper and cover him with a blanket. Plus he almost always ends up in bed with me at some point to nurse, so I sleep topless (tmi) to get that extra bit of skin to skin contact throughout the night. I like to think it helps my supply.
I was wondering this too. Lately he's been sleeping in just a cotton sleeper.
I'm in South Carolina where it's been in the mid 70s, sometimes low 80s. But we keep the thermostat on 78 with our ceiling fans going mostly all day (or electric bill is already high so we can't really lower it much more). He's not sweating, but I think a blanket would be too much.
DD wears a cotton sleeper and is swaddled with an A&A blanket. When it gets warmer, she'll probably sleep in a onesie and the swaddle blanket. That's what we did with DS.
We're in LA and it was 75ish today but it cools off quite a bit at night and we have the windows open until right before we go to sleep to get fresh/cool air in, so our house does tend to be on the cooler side at night. We run the ceiling fan all night as well.
I live in northern Va-it was mid to upper 70s today. It got warm in the house, but still cool at night, so we had windows open and ceiling fans on.
Currently DD sleeps in a short-sleeve onesie and a cotton Halo sleepsack swaddle. While I don't want her to get cold, I'm a bit paranoid about her being too hot because that's more risky for SIDS. A couple of times her skin has felt a little clammy/ sweaty, and sometimes if an arm breaks free, it's chilly. Delicate balance!
Cotton sleeper, cotton sleep sack and a blanket around his legs. He also sleeps in a RNP and I tuck the blanket under him. He can't grab and pull anything yet. We won't use a blanket once we transition to the crib.
Also, NE Ohio. It was mid 70's today but our bedroom/house runs on the cooker side.
Northeast US. Our room at night has been 67 to 70 at night. He wears whatever he was in that day usually which is usually either a play suit thing or a long sleeved onsie with pants. He is always swaddled in a sleep sack. Pretty soon I'll be doing short sleeved onsie and no pants. We do t have central air so I'm sure mod summer he will be in just a diaper
It's gotten warmer here too, so I understand your concern. Tonight I have LO in a cotton sleeper and a fleece swaddle. If I had a cotton swaddle I'd use it, but the only one I have is now too small for my giant baby. (100th percentile for height)
Southern Ontario. Normally a sleeper then swaddle but tonight she got just a onsie and swaddle bc it's pretty warm in our house plus LO herself is a little warm.

LO runs warm it seems. We are in nebraska, so getting to the 70s in the day, but dropping to the 40s at night still. The house seems to hold enough heat though and he screams if he gets too hot. He was sleeping in cotton sleepers with a fleece or cotton halo sleep sac, but we have since gone to short sleeved onsie swaddled in a muslin blanket. He usually pops his arms out overnight, and they feel cold, but the rest of him is fine, so as long as he isn't complaining, we are going with it!
We go with long sleeve cotton sleeper with cotton sleep sack or short sleeve onsie with fleece sleep sack, although recently she has gotten too hot with the fleece. We live in New England with heat set to 67.
We were doing a short sleeve onesie with cotton halo swaddle. She was getting really warm in that, so now just the swaddle sack, arms out. she sleeps in rnp in our room, temp around 70
We have DD in a fleece sleeper and a blanket in the RNP. She sleeps on the blanket, with the bottom half pulled up over her legs. I know it might not be "allowed", but it works for her/us. She tends to run colder - her hands always feel cold to me!

California here, so pretty warm, but like @krispy85 says it has been getting cold at night. Cotton sleeper, swaddled, in the RnP. During the day we don't Swaddle because we want him to differentiate between day and night. Our pedi wants us to stop swaddling by four months, which will sync up with when it starts to get turbo hot and stay warm at night, so that will work out. If I can get him to sleep unswaddled and not whack himself in the face all night!!
I'm in NJ. It was still painfully cold until a couple days ago so he was sleeping in a long sleeved sleeper and cotton swaddle. On a warm day/night (few and far between) I just did a onesie and swaddle. Last night was just diaper and swaddle. I feel like he's always warm.
Short sleeve onsie and fleece sleeper. We keep the house between 68 and 70. when she wakes I feel her feet and hands and they never feel too warm or too cold.
Northern FL, AC set to 74. Right now she's either in footie pajamas with no blanket, or a short sleeved onsie with no pants and an A&A swaddle blanket tucked around her lower half. She's also sleeping in her RNP. I'm pleasantly surprised to see other ladies doing the exact same thing as us, putting the blanket under her and tucking it around her legs in the RNP.
We were doing a sleeper and a swaddle sack but DS seemed a little overheated a couple times when I got him up in the morning. So, now we are just doing either a t-shirt or a short sleeved "bodysuit," style onesie and the swaddle sack. His swaddle sacks are getting a bit snug. Once he grows out of them I will probably switch back to the sleepers and see how it goes with just that and no swaddle. DS seems to run warm (like my husband and DD1) while DD2 and myself are always cold. It's hard to find the delicate balance that keeps everyone somewhat comfortable in our house.

Our LO runs cold, he needed a long sleeve vest and long sleeved pjs under his grobag when it was colder. Sometimes he still needed a small blanket on top. Now that we've moved and there's no draft anywhere he's in a short sleeved vest, long sleeved pjs, and his grobag. I wonder if he'll ever be warm... We've not experienced it yet! Definitely a Greek baby!

Sleeper or long sleeved inside and pants with a sleeping bag. We've had our heat off for weeks because the sun heats our apartment during the day and it doesn't cool much at night. I'm trying to get the apartment down into the recommended range, but no AC and crappy airflow makes it hard.
Highs in the 50s or 60s and my apartment is around 75 degrees.
I'm looking for thinner bags for the summer. DS needs to size up anyway so he can straighten his legs at night. He seems untaxed by the size and thickness at the moment.
We live in PA, and I've been putting her in a cotton sleep 'n play. The zippered kind, not the snap kind, cause those snaps are a bitch in the MOTN.
AMEN! I literally have purchased only zipper ones in the next size. I can't do that snap crap! (The only ones that are ok is when there is only one side of snaps. )
