1. DD and I slept horribly!  I'm pretty sure she's not feeling well, I just wish she could tell me what's going on!

2. I'm 24 weeks today!  yay

3. GD test tomorrow...boo.

4. Dh got laid off last week.  So that's great.  Nice timing with the baby coming and all.  Good thing is, I have every bit of faith in God and my husband that it will not be long until he finds another job.  He has an interview today.

5. I have so many things in my head that I want to get done, but my follow through is pathetic.

6. We have a serious wasp problem at my house.  They are just everywhere!  The past 2 summers have been the same.  They even get in the house and it drives me nuts!  Any suggestions, welcome!

7. I have $20 in Best Buy rewards and nothing I really want.  I'm thinking about buying DD Frozen on DVD.

8. DH's bday is next week.  Because he's unemployed and we are trying to limit our spending, we've planned a family get together at a nearby fast food restaurant.  It seems silly, but it's actually his favorite and we haven't been eating there much lately b/c of our budget.

9. The new appliances we bought a few weeks ago have made cooking and eating at home SO much easier/nicer.  We are having real family sit down dinners now and way less junk.  This makes me very happy!

10. I have a feeling this LO is going to be swamped with superman clothes.  I'm a huge superman fanatic and everyone knows it.  I don't think there will be any shortage of the big S in his wardrobe.  So far we have 2 pieces of clothing for him and they are both superman...plus a superman lovey.  lol.  I'm not complaining though.  His corner of the room is also going to be superman themed.  I've wanted a little boy to do this with since high school

carli Sorry to hear about your hubby. Prayers he finds another job quickly and your DD is back to sleeping better soon!

1. DD has learned how to scratch backs and will randomly come up to DH and myself and do it. DH wants to teach her how to massage now, haha.

2. I believe DD has developed an ear infection after still suffering from this virus for the last week. We'll see what the doctor recommends this afternoon.

3. Dh and I are also still sick, this virus is relentless.

4. The weather has been wonderful for the last few days and will continue for a few more. This makes me happy

5. I have 1.5 seasons left of Teen Mom and I just want to sit and binge watch to get it over with. I hate being addicted to a tv show.

6. I let DD watch Sesame Street this morning so I could look up some things on the computer and have some peace and quiet. Now I feel bad that I let her watch something and I didn't even get anything done while she was occupied.

7. My parents are going to Florida next week and are supposedly looking at places to potentially buy. I'm frustrated with this since I feel like this is my step father's idea to pack up and move south since he is retired but my Mom isn't and can't for a few more years. When I talked to her 2 weeks ago she wasn't happy that he was talking to real estate agents without her knowing and just yesterday I heard they were getting their RV ready to sell since they are moving to Florida. I feel like I'm not getting the whole story and really just want to know what their intentions are since this is all they've been talking about for a month.

8. I want my mom and step father to be happy but I'm going to be really sad if they move that far away

9. I would love something tasty for lunch but we desperately need groceries. It's going to be a pbj sandwich day, again.

10. I really need to get motivated to start spring cleaning.

carli -hope your H finds something quickly!!!

1) I have to take DHs car for an oil change today, which means I'll be in town...I'm totally going to get done French fries from McDs because they sound phenomenal!
2) We have been finally getting some decent weather, I'm so happy that I can get out of the house again!
3) I found a great Timi and Leslie diaper bag for half price on one of those flash sale sites (myhabit) and I'm excited to get it!
4) I can't decide between beef and chicken Tacos for dinner tonight.
5) We are supposed to finally go meet with a loan officer this week to get pre approved for a house loan.
6) I'm anxious about selling our house/buying a new one all (hopefully) before the baby comes.
7) I had my A/S last week (22 weeks) and baby boy is looking pretty good. I have to go back in two weeks though to check on his kidneys, they were slightly dilated.
8) I need to purge some of DDs toys because they are taking over.
9) I'm really excited for Game of Thrones being back
10) DD got a sandbox from my ILs for Easter and she loves it.

1. DH and I had the most amazing getaway this weekend for our anniversary. I feel so lucky!

2. I got a prenatal massage to finish off the trip… good lord, that was incredible.

3. I missed DD so much while we were gone, but it was soooo nice to go to fancy restaurants and to stay in bed late (even though we still woke up early.)

4. Back to the gym today. We ate so much junk food.

5. I have a funeral to go to on Friday and I'm stressed about what to wear. It's been years since I've been to one and I have such a limited wardrobe right now.

6. DD just asked to watch "Elmo". I didn't know whether to be proud of her for learning new words, or disappointed in the fact that my kid is asking to watch TV already.

7. She was so spoiled this weekend at Grandma's that I think we are in for a grumpy few days…. I don't give her cookies and snacks whenever she wants.

8. Baby #2 officially has a name.

9. We are almost done the nursery. DH is so much more involved this time and I love it.

10. I have no babysitter for my OB appointment tomorrow. Taking DD is the worst. She is terrified of the doctor and has a total (LOUD) meltdown every time.

carli,sorry about your husband's job. Sounds like you have a great plan and it will all work out, but I know it's still stressful. FX he finds something else soon.

sugarkissed,hope your appointment goes well and your DD cooperates for you. I'm not above bribery in those situations. What about a favorite snack or toy?

1. We're having leftovers for dinner tonight but I really want to eat them for lunch instead. I won't because it's too much for just one meal.

2. DS slept in until 6:30 this morning (an hour longer than normal). I hope he's not getting sick.

3. I can't believe how big/old our babies are getting. They're closer to their 2nd birthdays than their 1st birthdays! It's really going by so fast.

5. There's a big restructuring at my job and while I've recently learned my job is safe, a ton of people are getting demotions or will be laid off. It's a really sucky time.

6. I totally forgot to make a car payment last month. I have no idea how. I definitely had the money to pay it, I just never did. So I had the loan officer call me about it and I was mortified.

7. I made an easter basket for DH, and he hasn't eaten any of the candy. I've probably eaten 75% of his basket by now.

8. DS is learning more and more words and it's adorable. He pronounces the word book as "boop" and it's the cutest thing.

9. He refuses to learn the word milk though, and refers to all beverages as "agua" (he's in a bilingual daycare). Sometimes I give him water when he asks for agua even though I know he wants milk. Just learn the word!

10. I'm sad about how slow this board is but I know I don't do anything to really keep it alive so I don't have a right to feel that way.

sugarkissed LO grabs the clicker (or DH reminds me, the remote) and points it to the TV saying "on".

1. Let's see if I can think of 10 things.

2. DH is home for 10 days woo woo.

3. We're trying to figure out if we should stay home or go on a mini vacation.

4. I feel bad because all DH does is travel but I'm always stuck at home.

5. I can't remember if I rsvp-Ed to my cousins baby shower. I would feel like an idiot if I showed up and didn't. But I also don't want to call her MIL and see.

6. Then again, I haven't even gotten a chance to buy a gift yet.

7. I'm really bad at meal planning and sticking to a food budget. Need to get better.

8. I hate health insurance. Why do they make it complicated?

9. I found a water table for $5 at a rummage sale. Cleaned it up and LO loves it. Also cleaned out the spa. Soon, the pool.

carli-- sorry to hear about your hubby's job. Hopefully his interview is a promising one do you have carpenter bees? They are a giant PITA.

1. I bought both a hot fudge Sundae and a milkshake last night... Soooo good!

2. I had back labor like you wouldn't believe yesterday morning before work. I packed my bag and got all of my stuff ready and boom- gone. Bummer.

3. Said stuff is now SUPER wrinkled and I need to rewash and repack it neatly.

4. Just left my 38w2d checkup and there's 0 going on down there. Another bummer.

5. I left the office and got a large twist ice cream cone to make me feel better.

6. DD has been obsessed with going on walks lately and I love to hold her teeny little hand and just explore. So cute!

7. DH has been a huge help around the house lately and I'm grateful for all the extra effort he has been putting in.

8. The weather is finally warming up in NY! The last of the snow in our yard just melted on Sunday.

9. I can't remember if I told you guys, but we accepted a purchase offer on our rental duplex. I hope their inspections go well this next week.

10. I bought the duplex myself when I was 23 and it was DHs and my first home together six months later. Lots of good memories there but it's time to move on and dedicate more time an effort to our new home and spend less time away doing maintenance.

fiveohfive, w/ my LO I was 0cm and not effaced during my 38w appointment and less then 12 hrs later I was in active labor and had a baby less than 20 hours from my apt. Getting close, good luck!!

Eta: thank you for the encouraging comment! I had DD1 at 38 weeks and was dilated 3cm for 2-3 weeks prior, so I left feeling pretty defeated. I knew it didn't mean much, but it's nice to hear it from someone else who had a similar situation
