I did so poorly last week but kicked off Monday with a good cardio/weights session. This cold weather makes me lazy so I'm skipping all the intended evening walks.
I did a 2 mile charity walk Saturday morning, then DH and I took the pup for a walk in the afternoon which was probably another .5 miles. Sunday we took the dog to the park and I kid you not its a good .5 mile to the dog park part of the park from where you park the car and then I did Prenatal Yoga yesterday afternoon. I am tired and sore and my body currently hates me!
My 2 spin classes a week are going strong, having to modify some of my seated intervals because belly is uncomfortable. I'm doing good with dog walks but I'm obviously going to have to bring my exercise and medicine balls up from the basement to motivate myself to do arms and abs again. Walking to the basement is a workout in itself and I'm doing a great job of avoiding those stairs.

Started off slow, now I'm back in business.
Got in my pilates Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and last night. Took the kid for a short after work run on Thursday. Saturday ran 7 miles and went to a yoga class.

I made it to 3 classes last week, and with the warmer weather we've been out walking a lot more. My gym membership expires in 2 weeks, so I think I'll go as often as possible until then, and probably not renew until after baby. I hope that I can motivate myself to keep active without the gym, but I'm not sure how I'll do. Does baking cookies count as exercise? Haha.

I put together the crib, dresser and moved a ton of stuff from the basement up two flights of stairs to the nursery. Then I walked around IKEA and built a storage shelf and did a billion loads of laundry (walking up and down the same two flights of stairs each time). I know its not formal exercise, but I can only put on nylons for work once a day and thinking about changing and showering again at work exhausts me. I took a few good walks with the dogs too. I like to think of it as pioneer exercising - haha exercising through manual labor.
I don't usually join you all on the fitness threads because I don't exercise, but I just want to come and say how proud I was of myself this weekend. We took DS to the zoo on Saturday and I spent 3 hours walking around. I did great keeping up with DH (and DS!) and didn't start getting too tired/sore until the very end. Then on Sunday I walked with DS to a cafe and then to a friend's house and I went back to check and it was 2.5 miles! My feet were definitely sore but I was pretty happy with how well I did.
Good job to all of you keeping up with classes and running, etc. I really admire you all.
I have officially given up. I'm lucky if I get in Yoga. My energy levels are so freaking low I just want to sleep. Or stare at the wall. Maybe I should start working out at 5 am when I'm wide awake anyway
