I'm calling out Benjamin & Abigail

Oh yay!
Benjamin is such a sweet and loving boy. He loves giving hugs and kisses, gives Abby toys whenever she needs some and is very silly. He has started talking a lot more over the last 6 months and is very good a repeating silly things I have said. Benjamin has the biggest sweet tooth and it has been especially a big fight since staying with my parents. He loves being out doors and playing with little figures and Lego lately. He knows the majority of his letters but is still learning numbers.

Abigail is such a talkative and smily girl. She definitely know what she wants and when she wants it. She goes from happy to screeching loudly in seconds . She eats pretty much anything as Long as it is not puréed. She like chunks of food and to feed herself if possible. She is a huge mama suck and will cry if others try and take her from me. She hates sleep also!

Benjamin is so hard to get pictures of lately! He either wants to jump as I'm taking the picture or he screams No! And runs away!

Ahhh! They are both so adorable. I love the picture of B holding the puppy. And the one with A sticking her tongue out? I die!!! I love them!

Do they take after you or your H personality-wise?

Is there anything uniquely Canadian that you love to do with them or are looking forward to doing with them?

Hmm personality wise I think they are fairy balanced between being like mh and myself. We are both pretty relaxed goofy ppl and so are the kids! They both look more like me though!
I don't know anything specifically Canadian we do! Haha I just look forward to warmer weather and being outside in shorts with them!

He did soo well! All through my pregnancy he said he didn't want a sister/ baby. Once we got home he was fine having her around and grew to love her!
Abigail loves her brother! He is usually the one who gets the best laughs from her, especially early on.

Abigail was a much easier baby during newborn stage. She slept well then, was content to just snooze and be held during the day, and nursed like a champ. Benjamin was a fussy newborn who had to be bounced an he had a weak suck which led me to have to use a shield while nursing.

Yes, se makes hilarious faces! She wasn't even pouting just making funny faces!
He loves anything chocolate! I can't really blame him because so do it!!
I tried taking a bite of his chocolate fibre one bar. I did it secretly and even smooshed it so it look like it was just that size. He caught on right away and ask where that side went! Lol

She will be 8 months on the 25th!
Benjamin loves wearing his boots haha he puts them on by himself!!

I can't believe she is almost 8 months. Because she is a newborn in your siggy picture I always think of her that way, even though it is clearly not logical.

B surprises we with how much information he retains. I have often felt like I don't teach him enough or he isn't paying enough attention to take it in. The other day he wanted to read an alphabet book. I told him to help and all be damned he knew all the letters! There were 2 he mixed up. He still has trouble speaking clearly yet read all the letters on the stop sign. I was pretty impressed.
A surprises me with how well she has learned to feed herself. She has been great at picking up the Cheerios or pieces of food and getting them in her mouth! Also she has very fair eye brows and as her hair grows it is coming in more light. My mom has black hair and I have dark hair so it surprises me how hers is getting lighter.

Now that we are back in my home town, which is a smaller town, I am looking forward to taking them swimming, play dates with friends/ family, walks ect. Pretty basic stuff. Lol but we just moved from being out of town ( country living) away from friends and family, so i am just excited to be back in town where I am familiar with everything!!

Thanks!! By 8 months ( the age A is now) Benjamin loved sleep. He is still a great sleeper! He was a great napper and slept through the night with only a wake up here and there. Abby hates sleep!! She is starting, finally, to nap for 30 mins at a time, which actually seems nice after her 15 min naps! She gets up at least 3 times a night still!
I think they actually have pretty similar personalities though, from what I can tell now!
