What activities have you been doing? Running, circuit training, walking
Did you meet your goals for last week? Meh kind of. I did 5 workouts but didn't hit 10,000 steps every day. I forgot to wear my fitbit one day and the weather has been crabby so walks have been hard
What are your goals for this week? Goals are the same 5 workouts and 10,000 steps. And the plank challenge.
Im starting to teach a bootcamp again tonight should be interesting to see if I seem out of teaching shape too
What activities have you been doing? Walking with the stroller, and now the plank challenge!
Did you meet your goals for last week? Well, I have been eating less chocolate... And the weather has been beautiful so I'm out every day walking. So I'm gonna say yes.
What are your goals for this week? I'm gonna try to do at least one session of core strengthening excercises.
What activities have you been doing? I've finally been cleared for exercise as of Monday, wooo! I ran 1.5 miles yesterday, did a 300 m sprint (...2/3 of which I walked and wanted to die) and push-ups/crunches. I felt awesome afterward!
Did you meet your goals for last week? Yes!! It was hard getting out the door because I was feeling nervous and self conscious but it went great
What are your goals for this week? I just wanna try to get out at least every other day!
What activities have you been doing? Just tried out a stroller barre class, doing the plank challenge.
Did you meet your goals for last week? Not really, i didn't have set goals, just wanted to try to eat healthier. I did cook a lot as opposed to going out to eat.
What are your goals for this week? Try out a stroller strides class on Saturday, keep up with the planks, and get back into a more structured workout regimen.

What activities have you been doing? Walking, yoga at home, plank challenge.
Did you meet your goals for last week? Yeah I think so. Don't remember what goal I wrote here specifically but I did way better being active.
What are your goals for this week? Walking (maybe lengthening my usual walk), remembering to do plank challenge, yoga. I'd love to get back to the studio... If I do it'll be on Tuesday morning.
It's crazy how the daily plank takes literally half a minute and I have a hard time fitting it into my day. I keep thinking "oh I'll do it in a bit, it's only a minute" and then not doing it until bedtime. Or the next morning.
What activities have you been doing? I went back to boot camp for the first time Monday (that was a humbling experience). Tuesday and Wednesday I lifted weights and did the elliptical. Thursday I did body pump. And in a few hours I will go to spin (Friday).
Did you meet your goals for last week? Yes. I got in 5 workouts and my eating has been pretty decent.
What are your goals for this week? I just want to lose some weight.

What activities have you been doing? Weight training and walking with the stroller. But, I have some pretty wicked hills near my house, so it ends up being a great workout.
Did you meet your goals for last week? I haven't really set any goals, other than look good.
What are your goals for this week? Behave a little bit more on the weekends. Weekends are always my downfall.
My ultimate goal is to lose about 2" from my waist. I'm trying to stay away from comparing the evil, evil scale.
