bella423 there are different options for wearing if you would like to do so for a longer period of time. Knit isn't the best Isaac babies start to they gain weight as knit has a lot of give. A soft structured carrier or a woven wrap provides more support.

We used a Mei Tai until V was about 2 years old, and then it wasn't the weight limit so much as the fact that she was just too tall. It wasn't comfortable anymore.

I've heard great things about the toddler Tula.
We just have the standard (for now), and with a weight limit of 45 lbs, it should last us for a while. Pretty confident that we will get another Tula after this baby is born. The toddler is only a 5 lb higher weight limit though, so I don't known which we will get.
