You don't have to scratch the whole thing. You just need to get them scanned.

DH and I watch Wheel of Fortune every night and at the end of the show there's a "spin ID" number that they show. (If you register online you are given a specific spin ID.) $5000 is given away every night. Last week they were doing a lot of advertising for the new Wheel of Fortune lottery tickets and opened it up to $5000 cash OR $5000 in Wheel of Fortune lottery tickets.
I'm still not sure what I would do. I'm not one for gambling, but for some reason in my head I lean towards the lotto tickets. Maybe because any money won would be more than I had before so I wouldn't be losing any? I don't know.
FFFC: We have our Spin ID numbers taped to our napkin holder on our dining room table. Thank god no one has asked us about them yet
