Third tri is definitely making it hard to focus. I always feel out of it and can never focus on one thing at a time. While grocery shopping, if by myself and with a list, I often find myself just wondering around. If at work I have to really stop and go extremely slow to focus on the task at hand. Some days I cant even make it through without a nap. When people talk to me I zone in and out.
Any tips on how to make it through the day without feeling like an airhead? Or am I just doomed to feel this way?

I'm like this too, today I went to a mall to try and get some nightwear for hospital stay & I left with nothing... I just wandered about like a zombie.. Feeling disconnected. I can't focus on any task for too long. I also had a burning sensation at the tops of my thighs anytime I walked so I had to keep sitting down. I don't know if it's the exhaustion or just having so much on our minds but I definately feel disconnected from the rest of the world, when people are talking to me that aren't SO it takes me so much effort to pay attention and not let my mind wander. Also, I can sleep for like 10 hours, be awake for three and then be hit by exhaustion again!

+1 for not focussing when people talk. I barely noticed it but now you mention it, it's been happening kind of a lot. Also I have a huge list and I am feeling way too tired to get through it all. Doing my best but still freaking out!
