Last week, I was able to fit in 3 days of exercise, which is still in my goal plan of 3-4 times a week: (1) 30 min hike outside; (2) 15 min cardio and prenatal yoga session; (3) 30 min cardio.
My goal for the final weeks is to continue to move and exercise in whatever capacity I am able to. I find that I sleep better at night if I exercise or do some sort of movement. I have also had to officially modify my yoga poses.

How did y'all do this past week? This week was low mileage, more frequency - I got in 3 runs during the week and a 5k yesterday. Still doing Pilates at night.
What are your goals for the final weeks? No real goals, just playing it by ear. I've got two more races lined up for the month. Just trying to get it in now, because I know I'll be on restriction following the birth.

2 spin classes and a few walks last week. Definitely slacking on arm/ab workouts and should be more motivated. Because sleeveless. But I did make myself walk two nights in a row so my goal this week is to walk everyday. Thanks for posting the check in and keep up the good work ladies!

How did y'all do this past week? I've been doing about 3 days of gym a week and walking lots every day. I've reached my Fitbit goal every day since the beginning of March, so I have to keep it up now!
What are your goals for the final weeks? I'm just going to try to do as much as I can, as long as I can. My gym membership expires this week and since I buy an annual pass I won't be renewing until after baby. Lots of long walks with DD to get us both out of the house!
