Previous EPer thinking about relactaction after 3 months

I'm not familiar with relactation at all, but I wish you luck! EPing is not an easy thing, so please don't beat yourself up if it doesn't work out. I don't know if I would be able to go down the relactation path personally, it sounds stressful. Please keep us updated! I hope it works out

There is an awesome Exclusively Pumping Moms private page on FB that I am a member of. Lots of women on there have successfully re-lactated. You should try to find it and request to be a member. They are all SOOO supportive and helpful, Ive learned so much over there! Good luck to you momma. EP is HARD work. My DS is almost 5 months also and Ive been EP since the beginning, he gets only BM we dont ever supplement but there are certainly days I just want to quit!!

Agree with @deej about domperidone. Let us know how it goes! TBH, the thought of re-lactating makes my boobs cringe.

I'm trying to relactate for adoption. Definitely be patient. It will seem like nothing is happening at first as your body re-recognizes demand and prepares.

I don't have anyone to prescribe domperidome, so I'm going med-free for now with my PISA. I'm thinking of renting a better pump though.
