Hi everyone! I'm going to post this week's goal setting since icequeen is enjoying herself on vacation!

I met my goal from last time. We enrolled in an insurance plan through DH's new employer. I'm not totally happy with it so I'll be looking into my employers options. Thankfully our open enrollment period is next month! Both insurance providers have pretty large networks so I will make an appointment with a new therapist ASAP.
New goal: make it through our office open house without beating myself up about how well I "perform". It's short-term. I'll use lots of positive self-talk about accepting who I am, knowing that I'm doing my best, understanding my limitations, etc. It's important because I don't want to be miserable during the event or fall into a funk afterwards.
