What activities have you been doing? This week i did spin monday and wednesday, elliptical and weights on tuesday. Will do the same on thursday and body pump on friday. Planning to take DS wirh me to thw gym for the first time this friday. They have fantastic childcare there! I was just afraid to take him before he got his first round of shots and he got them this week.
Did you meet your goals from last week? I did. I lost 1/2 lb, got 5 workouts in and ate really well. I'm frustrated with how slow the weight loss is going but I know that's how it has to be since I'm EBFing. I just want to be thin again!
What are your goals for this week? I want to do basically the same as last week but start picking up some more difficult classes. I used to do boot camps, interval training and tabata classes. I've only been able to go to one interval training class since DS was born since they are offered at times I couldn't make. Now that I can bring him with it shouldn't be a problem. So, I want to add at least 1 difficult class and keep losing weight.

What activities have you been doing: walking and jogging with the dog 3 miles 3-4 times during the week. Also, I am working on eating healthier and smaller portions.
As of today I am lighting a fire under my @$$ to lose more baby weight. Running has never helped me lose weight and I have been fooling myself over the last month. I have 15 to go to pre pregnancy and I could lose another 5-10 pounds. I am going to do two Tone It Up videos every other day and alternate a stretch into video on the days between.
Did you meet the goals from last week? Yes, I started to eat smaller and healthier portions but, I slacked on jogging.
What are your goals this week? Get a routine going of doing the tone it up videos.
miniwheat I have been very unmotivated recently. I go back to work in a month and I need to shed the rest of this weight because I know I am not going to lose it at the office. Also, I am getting bored at home.
What activities have you been doing? Plank challenge, walking with the stroller and one excercise program designed for post partum that I did at home on the living room floor. Only made it through a little more than half of the excercises before giving up. Still, better than nothing.
Did you meet your goals from last week? I think so. I have been eating better, which is a major challenge. Although, yesterday I made oatmeal raisin cookies and today I have been downing those bad boys like there's no tomorrow. I tell myself they are a good snack because oatmeal is good for lactation, but that's just an excuse.
What are your goals for this week? My 6w pp consultation with the OB is on Monday (at 8w pp because she's been on vacation). So my goal is to get cleared for excercising (and DTD). If I find the energy I may unfreeze my gym membership and go to a class, they have daytime classes where you can bring your baby so I may try that out.
miniwheat I told my H last night to "just do it" when he complained about not being motivated. He got of his ass and went running for an hour. I do this to myself too - when I feel really unmotivated it's usually when I need a workout the most. Nike hit the nail on the head with that slogan! A routine or goal usually gets me moving, like one of the challenges from that 30 day app or imagining myself at the beach in a bikini or at a party in a killer dress.
What activities-just started walking with LO and the dogs today. I too have been extremely unmotivated, tired, and hungry since I've been cleared for exercise a whole 5 weeks ago!!
Did you meet your goals-well, today is my first day and I wasnt even thinking of exercising last week so yes, I have exceeded my goals!
Goals for next week-continue to walk with LO and the dogs. Start eating better and I really need to drink more water! I also have some pilates and Barre dvds I may want to start thinking about using. I have just over a month to fit in my wedding dress!
