I'm new to this board... I loss my twin girls a few months ago. My would have been due date is approaching and I am so stressed and upset and scared that I will crumble... Any suggestions of how to get through that day?
I am so sorry for your loss. I don't have any suggestions to offer other than to make sure you take time to take care of yourself and your emotional/mental/physical needs.
I had a miscarriage a couple weeks ago and am also worried about the EDD in August and what it might trigger. You will have to decide what it is that will be best for you. Will you want to spend the day doing something to memorialize your girls? Will you want to do a day trip and be distracted with your favorite foods/drinks/friends? Will you want to hole up at home? You may not know the answer to that until the day of.
Planning a day to remember my twins made it easier. My husband and I just looked at their pictures and did some gardening around their grave. I've seen some people do a balloon release. We didn't do that this year, but we are thinking about it for their birthdays. Talking about them always helps me.

For Ben's due date last year we finished his memorial garden. I think doing something special to remember your twins might help. Planning something also gave me something to do in the mean time. Hoping you find some peace and comfort in the days ahead.

For me, anticipating the date was much harder than the day itself. For my angel's EDD, close friends and family joined us at the cemetery for a balloon release, and then we had a BBQ. I needed to be surrounded with people I loved.
But if something like that is too hard, you could always have a smaller scale, just you and your H maybe?
