I exercised three days last week: 2 days of 30 minute cardio and a prenatal yoga session / 15 min cardio.
It is supposed to be absolutely glorious outside this week, so my goal is to walk every day, attend a prenatal yoga session and do an arm work out. We will see how that goes!

I'm going swimming this morning, which is about the only thing I've been doing for months. Last week I noticed I have finally slowed down significantly, and my swimming buddy commented that we're finally the same pace At this point I feel like it's mainly for stretching things out, not really trying to keep in "shape".

I was hit or miss this week. S- 5k M- Pilates T,W,R - nothing but lie on the couch and try to kick this cold which will not go away. F- walked 2 miles with DH and LBB. S- 5k
I made it to the gym 2 days last week. The rest of the week was just too busy with appointments, but I did get a lot of walking in and a sudden dose of nesting has kept me on my feet nearly every day lately!
I was planning to head to a class this morning but DD is still asleep and I don't dare to wake her for fear of dealing with a miserable toddler...so we will see! Haha.
Taught my 2 spin classes, got a few dog walks in, and climbed tons of stairs and walked God knows how many steps the past 3 days while volunteering. I'm beat. I decided to start doing exercise ball and light arm workout at gym after my class this morning so I can at least get 2 of those in a week. I've been highly unmotivated to go down to the basement and do it at home. 4 more long days of volunteering this week so I should be getting in more exercise than usual. For now I'm all about the chicken tikka masala I ordered for delivery, watching bubble guppies on the couch with DS, and the hot bath and nap I get to take around 1pm. I'm done for today.
I go and walk 3K usually 3 times a week while wifey runs hills/does her runs as well. THen we go to the playground and I do dips, planks and squats (but no pullups).
Its funny, with all of this, I woke up and realized how mugh total weight I've put on... I'm not super happy about it. The boy is goinn to gain weight .5 - 1lb a week now, which is great for him. But I dont need to be gaining anymore of my own.

Even if he's gaining, you may not. I haven't gained anything in the past 3 weeks, but my belly is getting bigger and I'm sure this kid is gaining weight.

Trust me, I am not loving the numbers on the scale right now. As of 3 weeks ago I was up 2 lbs from my TOTAL weight gain first time around.

Bless you. I was told 15-25 gain was "healthy" and I was okay with anything upto 35ish long as he was healthy. I'm 32lbs gained already at 33 weeks so I had a mini panic this morning. STM advice for the win.
Last week was rainy, so I didn't get as much of my swimming in as usual. I think I only did laps 2 days during the week. I also have been experiencing nesting, at least in the past few days, so that coupled with walking the dog have been my latest workouts. I really want to get in the pool to swim laps at least 3 times this week and get back on the prenatal yoga train. I haven't really been doing much as work's been busy, but I need to get these arms ready for carrying around a LO.
