You have your in-laws as houseguests and when they leave to go visit the mall during nap time you ask them if it is ok for them to stay out 3-4 hours, or if that is a problem - forgetting that they don't have to worry about naps/snack time or meltdowns.

You are envious of your husband or working friends because they can go and visit the work bathrooms at any time and uninterrupted.

You realize after staying indoors and over the holidays that none of your 'real' pants fit anymore and that anything not made from stretchy material is unacceptable.

Yep, butnotthearmadillo . I was going to say when you are jealous your DH gets to go to the bathroom alone with the door shut and if it was open he closes it to keep DD out.

Yes, but when my DH is home he wrangles the toddler and does not complain too much if I hide in the bathroom with a book.

I have to remind myself to actually shut the bathroom door when we have company over, though.

I don't think that is wrong. I'd jump at every babysitting opportunity, which are rare since my family lives very far away. I miss DS on the rare occasions I get to leave the house, but then I move on and enjoy my alone time.

I just bought a wardrobe of "SAHM"
Clothes- aka oodles of sweat pants and comfy clothes.. I had the "everyday" thing covered before that.

I still feel guilty leaving my kids- but I missed out on a lot with before I quit my job. I love coming back to them- miss them when I'm gone and adore hearing what they did while I was gone, and cant wait to get the hell away from them.

Being "done" for the day never seems to come when you have littles. Now that my kids are older, I'm "done" around 6:30pm every day while they are getting ready for bed. That means the bra comes off, PJs go on, and I'm on lockdown until the next morning. If anyone calls or wants to go do something, I'm like "really?!? It's so late". haha I am so lame.
