Do you feel you have a lot left to do before baby comes? So much. Besides baby things, I still have to finish my degree before this kid is allowed to come out.

If you are a working mom when do you plan to stop working in relation to your due date? How long will you be taking off work? I always get a 4-week break in May (starts next Tuesday at 36w), so I'm just not going back for the summer. I start again the last week of August.

What is your favorite gift you have received so far from anyone for baby? Feel free to include a gift you bought baby yourself. DH and I bought a couple of pretty awesome books the other day. Click Clack Moo and an Elephant and Piggy book.

Randoms for the week: I think finally, 4 days later, the swelling in my feet from the baby shower and entertaining family all weekend has finally settled down...

Do you feel you have a lot left to do before baby comes? Nothing big and nothing that even really NEEDS to be done but a few small things left.

If you are a working mom when do you plan to stop working in relation to your due date? How long will you be taking off work?

I'm scheduled to work my last day on my due date. So now I'm hoping I go early because those 12 hour hospital shifts suck at this stage of the game. Then I will take 12 weeks off with the baby.


What is your favorite gift you have received so far from anyone for baby? Feel free to include a gift you bought baby yourself. It's a tie between my Grovia cloth diapers I received from my mom or the quilt I made!

Randoms for the week: I have been having false labor every night at 2am for a week now. I'm so tired!

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I am just so excited and there is no Wednesday ticker change or Front of the train threads anymore. I would start one, but not many people participate. So I'll just leave me happiness here!

What is your favorite gift you have received so far from anyone for baby? I am loving the double Contours Option Stroller!

Randoms for the week: I will have a baby in a week, I am so excited! I cannot wait to meet him! I decided to get my tubal ligation instead of all of the other birth control options. Who knows if I will actually follow through with it though.

So much to do with the nursery.
So much shopping to be done now that I've had my baby shower I know what's left to buy
Last day this Friday!
Favorite gift is the stroller from MIL which is the hugest gift by far.
Random. I feel like I will go past 40wks

Not a ton, but I keep finding things to do during my pregsomnia attacks every night. I still need to organize freezer meals...but my Mom will be here for the first month. She and DH are both amazing cooks so I'm assuming that they'll be cooking--but maybe that's just wishful thinking.

I'm working until she arrives. Due to my crazy uterus however, I've been working from home this whole month, basically just "nesting" and getting things set up for the freelancer that's taking over my accounts this summer.

My favorite gift I received is a hand-made quilt from my aunt. She surprised it with me at my shower and I had no idea she quilted. It took her about 2 months. I was floored and it matches the nursery perfectly. Very special. Other than that...I love my stroller, crib and furniture my parents got me.

Randoms for the week:
This is totally like...bitching about symptoms, but this week I just started to see stretch marks, having insomnia and just general nonstop cramping. Eugh. I want to be done so bad, but then again...if I hold out one more week, I'll be on mat leave through all the crazy time in my job, so I'll be happy for that. I'd like a good June 1 baby!
