What activities have you been doing? Going on walks and logging steps.
Did you meet your goals from last week? I have a goal on lose it! to lose 2lbs a week. So far I have been surpassing this but I have lots of weight to lose. I know as the weeks go on it might be more of a challenge.
What are your goals for this week? At least 2lbs again and keep up going on walks when I can now that the weather (in chicago) is nicer.
What activities have you been doing? Crossfit, walking, rugby, sprint training, ab work

What activities have you been doing? I took last week off because of my mastitis but I made it back to the gym today. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill. I would have stayed longer but DH needed me back home so he could mow. I've also been doing full body circuits that the trainer laid out for me 3 times a week
Did you meet your goals from last week? Nope. Dang sore boo made it really hard to workout.
What are your goals for this week? Make it to the gym 3 times and also add in some yoga here at the house.
What activities have you been doing? Running, swimming, plank challenge, strength training
Did you meet your goals from last week? Yes! Dropped time off my mile and a half and 300 m sprint.
What are your goals for this week? My goal overall is to get 3 points in each of these events: www.fbijobs.gov/explore-careers/sa-pftprotocol.asp I'd been training for this before I felt strongly that we should start a family and beginning this kind of rigorous training and demanding career just isn't something I feel is right for me right now with little kids. So I just want to do it for fun to prove I can do it! Plus I'm really susceptible to being overly concerned with my body size and shape, so I needed to find a goal that had nothing to do with weight/measurements.
That was long winded. Anyway; my goals for the week are to continue to do the plank challenge and do a serious cardio workout every other day!
Also, any advice for keeping a good running form up the stairs? My knees are killing in a way I've never gotten from running before and I think it's from running up and down the stairs at home.

What are your goals for this week? Still haven't done any yoga, so that should be a goal. Another goal for this week is to NOT bake cookies so I don't end up snacking on them all day.
What activities have you been doing? Played softball on Wednesday. It was the first physical activity I've done pp and it was way tougher than I thought it would be! My legs were so wobbly running the bases.

What are your goals for this week? Do more physical activity throughout the week, even if it's just going on short walks. Also might throw in some core exercises.
