I pulled steak & a faux-risotto I made with orzo pasta out of the freezer, and I've got one head of broccoli left that should be enough for me & DH. That's as far as I've gotten.
Monday: Grilled Mexican-style chicken with veggies, rice and beans Tuesday: Chicken artichoke penne with mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes and salad Wednesday: Leftover chicken, etc from tonight Thursday-Saturday we're going to Disneyland so we'll eat at/near the parks.
Tuesday: mexican stuffed shells Wednesday: one pot chicken, carrots, and potatoes Thursday: pork chops (though I haven't decided if baked in a cream of mush sauce or bbq) Friday: leftovers Saturday: out for anniversary
Monday: we did leftovers. I had a salad and H had salmon, lasagna, brussel sprouts, and quinoa (he's my human garbage disposal and fortunately he loves leftovers, ha).
Tuesday: Mexican casserole (ground beef, brown rice, black beans, diced tomato, spices, sharp cheddar, topped with fresh tomato slices and avocado)
Wednesday: Chicken and broccoli alfredo with whole grain angel hair noodles and a side salad
Thursday: Leftovers.
Friday: Maybe homemade pizzas-- we love doing this but haven't made them in a while
H works this weekend. I have brunch on Saturday with the girls, and H and I will probably do leftovers from the week for dinner if we have any. Not sure about Sunday yet. I've been craving some breakfast for dinner (waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, yum).
