What are some apps that you use to help you function?
For me, I've found Owaves, a time management app, and Meditation Oasis for guided meditation. It really helps me go to sleep or go back to sleep if I wake up during the night.

I found a new "set" of apps that are along the lines of meditation/hyponosis. They are great for relaxing or falling to sleep. I have yet to finish one without falling asleep. They're the "End Anxiety" apps, but there's also ones for Depression, Sleep Well, and Self-Esteem. The "Pro" bundle of 4 cost me $8.99 on iTunes. Worth it.
I've used apps to track moods but have yet to find a management app that helps me throughout the day. Eta:I couldn't find owaves on android. Is it only an iPhone app?
I really like Headspace for mindful meditation and mood tracker for general tracking purposes. I'm a fan of CBT-I coach for not just for tracking sleep, but in the tools section there are decent deep breathing, PMR, imagery, and mindfulness modules.
I use various parts of apps; like CPT coach is an aid for trauma treatment, but I use the "worksheets" for general thought challenging purposes. I can't tell you the number of times I'm stuck and do a bit of cognitive restructuring in the moment.
And I also use LifeArmor quite a bit. It's a one stop shop for info and exercises, affirmations etc. it takes some navigating to know what's there because there is so much, but it's good for what it is.
If you do a lot of deep breathing, breathe2relax and Tacticalbreather are good options.

tjr42px, Thanks for those recommendations. I'll have to check them out. I do a lot of deep breathing and CBT-iCoach sounds great.
icequeen, No problem. I try to find help wherever I can get it. And I usually have my iPad mini or phone with me. I'm into podcasts, meditation, and anything affirmative to keep me motivated.
Oh, I forgot mindshift. It has some "chill out" tools. Basically the same as CBT-I coach but helps with tracking things other than sleep. And I do like the breathing/relaxation components of PTSD coach.
Here's a list of other options....some great suggestions on here.
#1 - ACT coach is great. I think it's important to understand Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles to get the full benefit. It can be somewhat cumbersome to use otherwise.
